I simply don’t know what happend to this restaurant they had some of the best wings in all of Vaughn the wings once up a time were big and juicy but over the last few years this franchise has diminished in quality, when u go eat wings u expect some meat on the bone and not a minuscule chicken that looks like they weren’t feeding and the farm.

I don’t know if they changed suppliers due to over head cost but unfortunately it’s not the same as it once was, their sauces are still top tier and I have nothing bad to say about that but when your paying with your hard earned money u expect to get value for it.

As of late I’ve been going to the new chicken plus across the street getting some delicious wing their and then going to allstars for a few pints of beer

This place ultimately depends on what server you get. Some come by more often than others. If you go get the american wings, there are the best wings you will ever eat!

Not a bad place - if you're not a sports bro then this place might not be for you. Otherwise I liked the wiiiiiiide selection of wings flavors (over 200) that were really tasty. I will say that some of the flavors that were in the spicy category.not spicy at all (like Hot Hawaiian Honey).

The drinks were already pretty cheap, but on a ladies night a cocktail was $4 (where do you find that in Toronto? !) - granted they were like juice.

Our server was efficient and nice.

The biggest drawback was the OVERHEAD lighting at our table. Loud sports bars are hard enough.overhead lighting adds to the challenge.

Their special grilled wings won me over and will certainly be one of the reasons I will be back! Some pretty tasty sauces, and consistently well cooked wings! They have breaded, and non-breaded which is exactly what I love about a wing place! We came in on wing night after 10p and they still took very good care of our party of 8! Great Service!

Food was good, the sauce wasn't as good as I remembered but still fine. The yellow Cesar sauce threw me off though. Service could be better

Attended on a Saturday night. The service was extremely poor. Our party had multiple waitresses as they were all over the place. After we received our food, no waitress ever came back to our table. We were left without water. At one point we saw the waitress talking to the table beside us for approximately 15-20 mins after we asked her for water. The wings that came were extremely small with disappointing flavour.

Epic wings, friends and I go for the spicy wings, but pandora wings are amazing. Hot bhudda is a favourite as well.

Staff is really friendly and nice. The sports are always on the T. V, which makes it an amazing place to go to.

Wings are about 15.00 a pound, 25 for 2 pounds. Monday is the best deal, pound and a half for the price of a pound.

Amazing staff and great food. Really enjoyed our experience there while visiting Toronto area. Definitely would return!

Wings were great, it was my first time going to this location. I was looking to call to pick up. I actually ended up going in to order after being put on hold a few times. So the service was really was the only issue. Hopefully it was just an isolated one time thing.

This used to be my favourite in Vaughan for wings. I was a regular since 2015 and have brought many friend here over the years. Unfortunately I called to book my reservations 2 weeks ago and was advise that if I dont disclose my "personal" medical information I will not be seated. I was shocked that my favourite restaurant adapted a "show me your papers" policy. So I emailed the owner Tom advising of my concern.was hoping to at least get a im sorry there is nothing I can do but unfortunately I wasn't even worth a reply.that's what I get for y years of customer loyalty.

Food was great, the service was okay, but my takeaway from the experience was that the cleanliness of this location was not the greatest. Sticky table, sticky floor. I know, it's a bar environment, but it's also a restaurant. Wish they just cleaned the tables better at least.

Also, the host/hostess table and waiting area was super disorganized.

If I could give negative stars, I would.
Got sick for 2 weeks right after eating here, poor service from waitress, drink was flat, asked for change 2 times and was never brought different one, never drank more than a sip and still had to pay for it, fries cold, wings were tasting funny and ended up losing 12lbs over two weeks, started about an hour after eating here!
Manager did nothing for me over email, not even compensating me for the drink I never enjoyed but paid for! And I even tipped the waitress that rushed me and my friends out of the place!
Would never recommend to anyone!

Food and everything is actualy better than other allstar branches even the girls but its a friendly environment so no funny business like some of the allstars other than that it offer good and fast service except at the time that you want your bill and you have to tell couple of them and someseats have their tv turned off they may use an excuse but its hard to hide it when everyseat is okay but couple of them (tv broken)

I don't typically leave reviews, but this was just an odd encounter. Specifically, the hostess. The place closes at 2am and I got there at 12: 45am with 3 other people. We approached the hostess asking if we can come in, she says "oh we are just cleaning up right now and people are leaving". I reply with "okay, so can we or can we not go in? It's 12: 45am and you close at 2am. " She replies well there's not many people inside. So, I had to go check the website since I can't seem to get a straight answer from her, and it was indeed 2am closing time. I show her this and she finally says okay you can come in.
When providing the vaccine passport, she began asking us what date we got our vaccines. As if anybody remembers the exact date. It's not a birthday no one is going to remember what day they got their vaccine. It just made us feel uncomfortable like not only are you beating around the bush if you are open or not but now you are grilling us for our vaccine’s dates. This hostess was clearly going out of her way to somehow not let us in, so she doesn't clean another table. Anyhow we got seated and everybody felt awkward after. We just ended up leaving and ate elsewhere. This is my first and last time here. Management should have a talk with this hostess especially since this is first person that interacts with customers.

We walked in to all stars on Wednesday and had a decent meal. We ordered the cleopatra fries which consisted of fries topped with various sauces. Was a great mix of sweet, creamy and cheesy, could've used more sauce tho. I also got my typical 1 lb of pandoras gift and neros epilogue which were nothing extraordinary. Good and fast service.

Always so good, can't go wrong with Allstar wings. Pandora's Box and All Thai'd Up are my go-to. The beer battered fries are amazing too. Service is always 10/10

Before 2020, I use to go there at least twice a week. The place was fun and good sport environment. However, nowadays the place run by couple young girls that they have NO idea what they are doing. On Wednesday, we were party of four. The front door girls could not agree on which table we should take. Later on they bring the wrong drinks and later wrong wings! We accepted the drinks and wings as was obvious they are new and overwhelmed. They mixed up orders and things happen sometimes.
However, on Saturday night (game day). We were party of two. Front door girls told us, 10-15 minutes waiting as we are second on the line - which is understandable.
However, we waited for 39 minutes while we were witnessing that if anyone pressure them a bit, they gave them a table ahead of us. Become annoying after a while. I made them notice that we waited for 39 minutes. They apologized and promised us a table in couple minutes. However, our table was given to some couple with kids because they have kids who just came in less than 10 minutes! By then, we were waiting for 1 hour 15 minutes. At that time, we left the place. We did not want to wait any longer. We were annoyed and they killed the night for us. We are done with this place. I wish them all the luck as they need it. They better spend the money and hire the right people for the job.

So, I ordered by phone for take out and when I understood I'm delaying I called them back for rescheduling and request them to make new even if charge twice but end of the story got cold food.

The rating is what it is for a reason. Starting out with the positives.

- Portion sizes for simple things like fries and wings are outrageously big, most people will be satisfied purchasing one lbs of wings and that's good enough.

- I like how they offer takeout plates if it turns out you can't finish the food.

- Fries are pretty tasty.

- Chicken Wings are nice and tender.

- Decor is very clean with dozens of TV's with different sports playing.

Now for the negatives.

- Way too many options on the menu, on the wing section especially they have over 30 varieties of wings breaded or non breaded with no explanation as to what they are beyond the actual name which can be as vague as "the suicide".

- Servers are few and far between with one person having to manage several groups of people which has the unfortunate consequence of being unnatentive. Our server brought our order without a fork or napkins, we asked another server to bring them only for the first server to come back 10 minutes later with the utensils. It's sad because it's not their fault they're spread too thin.

- Just a minor complaint of the chicken wings, they overly drench it in sauce, after four wings I was ready to tap out cause the acidity was too much. Had they been a little more conservative with it I'd have said praised it more. Don't remember the name of it but it's the only chicken wings with the picture on the menu (don't order it).

- Servers won't bother to tell you what they actually like or what they don't recommend cause chances are they don't eat the food.

Only come here if you plan on ordering fries or basic wings, haven't tried the other options but I wouldn't come back unless there was genuinely nothing around.

I love AllStar Wings & Ribs, have been going to their location for years and they do have some of my favorite wings but there are as always things that could be better or may not be to everyone's taste.

Their wings though they are delicious they are very much on the saucy side, and because of that their wings aren't ever really that crispy. They do offer dry flavours that are not covered in sauce as well if you prefer to have crispy wings note drenched in sauce. If you like saucy wings and a lot of variety in flavour/sauces with varying levels of heat its a great place and its why really like them.

But comes the problem I've always had which I'm sure most people can agree too is that 200 different flavours is great but the names of the flavours are not exactly self explanatory of what you're going to get. So you can either choose something that actually kind of explains the flavour in its name, blindly choose something "God of Thunder", or ask the server a a million questions as they pull out cheat sheet cards to tell you what kind of flavour/sauce they use on the wing. Not that I expect a server to remember what kind of sauce each wing uses but still its a lot. Though they put flavour descriptors for the dry flavours and thats it.

But even flavours that you think might be one thing turns out to be much different than expected. For example the "Canadian" flavour you might assume might be a spicy maple syrup, or maple bacon, nope its a teriyaki sauce they use, how is that Canadian? Still tastes great, just not what you'd expect. So yes the large amount of choice and the fact you cant tell without asking what kind of wing your getting is the biggest issue. They dont even at least give any descriptors online either which means you'd have to call and ask someone if you really wanted to know what flavour you'd be getting if you ordered online.

Also I know they say that have an app you can download to see what flavours their wings are but thats just an extra step I doubt most people will do, and the app isnt even listed on itunes or the Apple app store if you try to search for it.

Regardless great little sports bar to go to if you're ever craving some wings, or just some classic bar food with a lot of options, just know what you're getting into when you go.

Wings here do not dissapoint. So many options to choose from. My absolute favorite are the grilled wings. Service is great also which makes this restaurant one of my top choices for wings by far!

Great food, even better staff. Super helpful server made choosing wing flavours easy. Our server was attentive without being overbearing. Wonderful experience. We will be back for sure.

Food was great but we must have come at a busy time because it took nearly 10min to get our drinks and another 30 to get our appetizers.

Edit: Changed rating from 3 to 4 stars, as I empathize with the fact that the staff were getting used to the large guest size after recently reopening. Great food!

I'm sure all the servers are amazing but Nour did a really great job tonight. The place was absolutely slammed and I'm sure like other places they are struggling to find people. We waited quite awhile for our table but understand how busy it was. Nour was run off her feet but managed it all with a smile. Great service, great wings just try not to go when it's uuper busy otherwise you might have to wait awhile.

I m use to go there food is ok but i was really surprised when i went to washroom to use and saw this full of fungus hand dryer that is cause of germs especially after this covid thing no one wana take risk i only can request to management pls take care of this broken stuff and keep things clean could b possible inspector will visit you for your kitchen too

Definitely a horrible experience at this restaurant last night. Ordered 2 pounds of wings, had a pitcher of Heine, and a pint of Belgian Moon. The beer is what gives this a 1-star review, otherwise I'd be giving a solid ZERO. I paid over $60 for my meal, had a pound of wings leftover to take home. Admittedly, I had forgotten the pound of wings behind on the table. Called 2 hours later to inquire about the food I had already paid for and left behind, they informed me they threw it out. When asked what can be done about this, the manger herself told me NOTHING. They threw the wings out, and its my fault I forgot it. And because of COVID they're not doing too great already so they can't give me another pound, not even a discount. What a great way to treat your good paying customers! (What a joke.) Servers could've easily let me know as I was walking away from the table and they were cleaning it up that I forgot my food behind. Wings weren't good either, weren't spicy, and I got a huge stomach ache. Yep, this place went down the drain!

- great patio service during the pandemic. All the waitresses were very diligent and all covid protocal was followed. Spacing is very good for the patio. Have 2 separate sections. Would recommend the following flavours: cea, visovious, bbq tango, and dry rub cajun. Will be back again!

Wings are amazing here, but EVERYTIME I call this place to order for take out they put me on a 5-10 min hold which I don’t have time for so I end up going to a different wing place. Sucks because I really enjoy their food a lot.

Between the tents in the parking lot and the patio on the side of the building, and TVs everywhere, this place is a great one to catch a game and enjoy wings.

My favourite wing place. Tonnes of option and good portion size. When allowed to go in the vibe is great for watching sports and having a beer. Food is excellent and servers are on point.

Nice open outdoor eating. Honestly wish their menu could be a bit more descriptive though. Understandably might be difficult since they have so many "flavours" but I think specializing in a few flavours is better. I guess change is hard when that's a franchise level decision though.

Terrible customer service is an understatement. As our group of 4 first arrived, we were seated and was not served for quite sometime. We noticed that many others were being seated and served as the crowd got busier. Our server Jennifer H, took our simple appetizer order along with a pitcher of sangria. More than 30 minutes later and we have not had anyone come back to us or let us know about the delay when we can clearly see them serving others. Once the pitcher finally arrived it had an incredibly sour taste with an unappealing look to it. We asked our server if we could get 4 shots of Peach Schnapps to mask the taste of the sour sangria. When she came back we were given 1 glass filled halfway and asked us if that was okay when we asked for 4 shots. Once clarifying again she reached back to let us know that it’s going to be 14$ when we never asked for the price and made it seem that we couldn’t afford it even though we had ordered it originally. Our whole experience took at least 2 hours when we had seen groups who arrived after us eat, drink, and leave, all before our meals had arrived. Overall I would even give this Zero Stars if it was the option. Felt very unwelcome and uncomfortable and the wine was definitely old and the fruit used was rotten. Even after stating our complaints, nothing out of curtesy had been displayed for the inconvenience. Shortly after we paid she had said she would have called the manager to not have it on the bill when she knew we were not happy. Interesting how she mentions that after we paid the bill. Highly don’t recommend and please figure out some new ways to improve you customers service performance.

Baja BBQ, Cleopatra, and Spicy Lemon were all fantastic flavors for wings. I highly recommend with Cleopatra fries. Fries are delicious but can be quite oily. One of the best Wing spots in Vaughan

The wings are all named with funny names and I usually just choose something random. Have never ordered something I didn't like despite not knowing what I was ordering.

You can always ask the wait staff if you want to know what flavor the wings are anyway.

Every chicken wing restaurant should be like AllStar! I’ve been to other locations in Mississauga but none of those come close to the service and food served at this location in vaughan. They sell so many flavours of wings it’s nuts! But the sweet and hot combinations of wing sauces are the best. And I like having garlic parm fries with the wings, and end it with a slice of red velvet cake! It is always delicious. Keep up the good work folks!

I was there with a friend on Sunday, and I had an outstanding time. From the moment we walked in, the service was exceptional, the girls were beautiful and charming and genuinely friendly. A very sanitary atmosphere with a nice mix of friendly clientele and fantastic staff. Our server, Amy D was extremely professional, friendly, and considerate. Besides all the frills, a very diverse menu with many delicious flavors to indulge in. I had Mexican Honey All Star tenders with fries. The chicken was as juicy as Lululemon pants during spin classes, and the fries were obviously picked from premium potatoes. One of the best meals in my storied life of eating.

Vichai and the whole team w as a incredible throughout the years, sometimes the bartender is good sometimes the wait is too long, food is ok, give more portions and font cheap out.

My favorite location for allstars, great wings good service, nice atmosphere. My favorite place to go to watch sports. The waitress sarah was nice.

The wings here are actually great, the vesuvius is by the far the best flavour I've ever had. Though the service at this location is not good, been here recently and the attitude from staff has been very poor. Both times the reception staff were very dry and rude. And the second time our waiter was aggressive, we heard her having an altercation with the table next to us and she carried that same energy over. Management needs to look at making a better work environment for their employees as it's clear there not very happy.

A solid offering of quality of wings. Although I’m not a fan of big menus like this, this one surely has flavours worth the try

I walked in with my nephew for the first time at this location and the greeter at the front were horrible. Food were good no doubt but the server never came back to ask if we need anything else and we were missing celery from our platter at least explain to customer you are missing something in your order or substitute it with something else

Leave it to the Greeks to run a great pub. Wings are the best, large but not so big that they're fake and great service. Fries are awesome.no really, they are!

An excellent bar. Beautiful ladies and very polite. Good service. Bar is most of the time pack.best place to go watch the game! Strongly recommend.

Worst service ever. We were told our table would be ready in 20 minutes. Over the next 30 minutes 2 tables of 5 were seated, a table of 6 was then seated. They then serviced a table of 8 and when I asked the host why they weren't seating us I was given a rude response that they were waiting on a 6 person table. There was no attempt at rectification of this unprofessional behavior. We left as we did not want to interact with such an amateur establishment.

I came to all stars on a super busy night, there were a lot of people coming in and out but the hostess had everything under control and was able to seat everyone super quick. Me and my friend didn’t have to wait long to be seated which was amazing and drinks came very quick after we sat which was another plus. Appetizers and entrees came with a good amount of time between each other and when I asked for extra cutlery or napkins the runner made it a priority to get it to us ASAP. Great service.

I love Allstars wings! Our server today Karen I believe her name was so pleasant. She was attentive to our needs. She romanced the food to help my friend and I make a decision on which appetizer and wings to pick. I know it can be overwhelming to pick a flavour when going to Allstars but she did a wonderful job helping us narrow down to a few flavours. Thank you Karen for the great service!

More of 4.5, Rib and wings combo cooked to perfection with sweet potato fries. The only knock would be the house BBQ sauce on the ribs, I didn't love the flavor.

Food was great but it was false upsell that turned me off. Ordered their new fish fillet sandwich. I was recommended Greek fries so I asked how much extra and was told 1.75 and sweet potato was $2 extra. So I went with Greek. I ended up getting a $5 extra charge cause Greek comes with "special cut" and I was billed extra. BS. Not going there again unless I have to for team event.

A group of us asked for a table of 6, we were told there will be a 20min wait which we were okay with. After 30min of waiting, we asked for an update and why it has taken so long, their response was they are waiting for a table of 6 to open up. This was frustrating to hear given we watched a group of 6,5, and 8 who came after us get seated first.

Even if they do have a legitimate excuse for the longer wait than told (which they clearly don't), just the lack of acknowledgement and communication from the staff was not worth it for us, so we left. We were not willing to endure poor customer service.

Nice place and good food, the best wings ever But above all the kindness of Rachel the girl who served us, very prepared, kind, unlike many others who snub us. My friends and I come every weekend, but from now on we want to be served only by Rachel. All stars. The best

This location was not ideal I've received way better service than what I received in Vaughan. They have great wing options tho and would still go back maybe with another server

I used to go there often, loved the variety and the quality. Last night my order (wings) took only 3-4 minutes which obviously means they were cooked before. The wings were just warm and looked like I was eating a cooked chicken apart from the added sauce!
Very disappointed to lose my favourite place in the future!

Since I love All Star Wings went to this location after our shopping at Vaughan Mills. First and last visit.
The girl at the reception was so grumpy, " Soup Kitchen" would have welcomed us better. After waiting for 15 minutes thought it was not busy and many vacant tables for two people to accommodate, another grumpy girl took us to the table.
Another just came to table and left two copies of menu and left. Looked so unhappy.
It took almost 20 minutes for someone to come and take order.
Only one person came out to say they have crowd to attend and and busy.
Just `cause we went, we ordered chicken wings and fries. By then we had lost our appetite with the attitude of most of the servers walking around but ignoring us.
This place needs to train staff to make customers feel welcome.

My friend and I had lunch yesterday. Our meals were very delicious and fresh, but most important of all, our server, Sophia was very friendly and went above and beyond our expectations. Thanks, Sophia for a wonderful dining experience. Cheers!

The service was excellent. The food was very good. The televisions were playing at a decent volume so my friends and I were able to conversations without having to raise our voices. Literally there is nothing to complain about, I would recommend this place.

First of all, so glad that this place is still open on the Labor Day! Especially great for a foodie like me who wanted to have chicken wings all of the sudden. Called in and ordered wings, side Caesar salad and a drink. Very yummy! Definitely come back. Just a heads up, if you want to pick up it's better to give them about 20 mins to prepare for you. Love your food!

Loved the good food and amazing waitress. I'm ashamed to say I didn't get her name. But she was asyrian.

Never fails to disappoint! Flavors are service are always consistent across multiple locations. Food is served pretty fast.
