AllStar Wings & Ribs

Our group stopped in for a little bite and beavy and was greated with smiling and very helpful server. Alexa was awesome and provided some great recommendations for wings. Even got me a little cheat sheet. So many flavours!

Will definitely be back!

This is definitely the spot you want to be at for game night, lots of tvs and game night specials to choose from.

Wings are delicious and their Cleopatra Fries are delicious.

Great place, personally I would recommend. I knocked a star off because it's loud and hard to hear if you're dinning with someone.

Sitting here currently it's taken over 20 mins just to get drinks and still she hasn't taken our order.this is not the first time and there is only 9 ppl here.

Update: waited 30 mins was told they are brewing fresh coffee for my friend. 15 mins later still no coffee told them were leaving as no one even took our order yet and her response was what table were you at? O. O there are only 9 ppl in here.laughable went to Boston Pizza beside them had a great time spent $75. The food here was good once but two times since its been the worst service.lots of other options in the same plaza save you time go elsewhere.

The service is excellent, despite the server starting her job just the day before, if I remember the servers name was Bria. Excellent service and really good vegetarian options as well. She also checked on us every 10-15 mins, which shows the dedication of the service. Will for sure visit again

Underrated establishment.
Always a spot available here, and a safe bet for wings.

Our party of 3 had entered the establishment around 1015 pm on a dead night.host sat us down around 1017 pm

our assigned server (Stephanie) pretended to be busy to avoid any interactions causing a delay of our drinks by 45 min and 1 hr for the food.

Eventually our order was taken by two gems (Amani and Tejah) who provided amazing customer service

I wouldn't bother coming to this location as they are better locations with better service times to attend.

First time dining at All Star Wings and Ribs.
We had the wings.
They were meaty and good!
Emily our server was helpful and a top notch server.

Sadly this place has gone downhill drastically. In particular with the service levels. I am not exaggerating when i tell you the last 4-5 times i have visited here and have literally sat waiting for service no less than 45 minutes (with next to no customers in the place).

The most recent visit was the last as the servers were more interested in chatting/gossiping with each other than actually taking food/drink orders or serving customers.

Pathetic service aside, the food is ok. The cooks do a good job.

This is a reflection on management as I have personally made them aware of this terrible service months ago.and it has not gotten any better.

There was girl with glasses and long black hair with golden shades … she is so awful… so disgusting customer service

We came for a lunch and it was disappointing. My family and I got a large and small Caesar with steaks and wings. The wings were great but the salads were sad. The large salad and the small one were the same size though there was a price difference, we put the small salad into the large salad bowl and it filled it up. To make it better, when we asked for a remake, the Caesar salad was the exact same, we knew because we asked for the steak for be whole and not chopped and some chopped steak from the old salad came back on the plate. The first salad was sent back because the steak was well done when we asked for medium and the second time it was over cooked again. The service was slow, and i had to hunt her down because she didnt come check on us to see how our food was and when I asked her for a steak knife because she forgot it (we asked for it politely), when she came back she threw the knife on the table and said she was just gonna take it off the bill and walked away without coming back to us for a while. I’m a server myself and would never disrespect another server so I was not sure why she was hostile with us if we weren’t rude towards her and if we didn’t make it at all her fault. I don’t usually write bad reviews but it was a very disappointing lunch here.

Food was good, overall experience was awesome, kids enjoyed their meals. Seems like the new management has made a noticeable improvement.

It was a wonderful experience. I enjoyed my time inside throrouly.
The fries were crisp on the outside and soft on the inside.
My mushroom burger was cooked perfectly. Very spot on.
I would bring my whole family.

What an AMAZING show of service, Stephanie was such an amazing host! Very attentive and accommodating! She was able to suggest the flavours I was craving for! 10/10 you should come here for your wing cravings! PogTasty!

I ate at this restaurant on Super Bowl Sunday and it was a total mess. The food took forever to get to our table, didn't receive the flavours I requested for my wings. The workers seemed very lost and it was just extremely unorganized.
One star for the TVs, at least we were able to watch the game.

I was the only customer at 5pm. Many items on the menu were out of stock. Service was friendly. Food was tasty. Not sure that I would ever go back

Great atmosphere. Perfect for watching the game. The burgers were fantastic. Cassidy was a wonderful server. Will come back for sure.

I dined in a few nights ago with some friends and was served by Teja. She was very attentive and helpful with the wing flavors, she convinced us to upgrade our fries to the brew city (best decision ever) and to even get a cheesecake! (Sooo good) Overall great experience and I'll definitely be back!

Food was great but I feel we were being cheaped out on the quantity. Service was quick and efficient and Stefanie smashed it with her awesome service!

Excellant service! Our server, Mercedes, was the most attentive helpful server I have had in a long time. The food was excellent and was brought out in a timely manner. I will definitely be recommending this location and I will be back in the future.
