Allstate and Wyatt Brooks provided me with Absolutely the best experience in my 40 years of having and needing insurance!
I recently purchased my new home, and as I began my process of seeking home insurance, there was that old memory of previous experiences having to deal, negotiate, gamble, and feel subjected to the will and impersonal provisions of the insurance providers. I connected with my current provider and at least 6 others brokers and direct companies. Interestingly enough I found that the coverages and rates all were subsequently higher in some areas and not in others, so I was left with the result of choosing the best of the least. Upon a recommendation from the previous home owner, I reached out to Allstate…. From the very first action of contacting Allstate via phone, I was connected with Wyatt Brooks and this was the start of the best call I ever made!

First and foremost, Wyatt’s professional approach of courtesy, listening and understanding was and is commendable! He then started to plug in all of the information in full detail as to capture and provide me with exactly what I needed to have full coverage for home. As he was very detailed as he explained each portion of the policy, he also made me feel like an individual and not another file #. This was paramount as he gained my trust and assurance by backing up all that was in place with documentation confirmation.

You might think that this type of process would take days to work out… you will be surprised to know that this whole process took less than 2 hrs,! Wow!

Now, just to let you know Allstate provided me with more coverage and options than the previous 7 companies that I tried previously.
And ultimately did even more through bundling my auto insurance as well. When Wyatt was finished doing all of this leg work, I was expecting a rate that would have been way over my affordability…. So you can imagine how ecstatic I was when Allstates rates were significantly less than the competition and below my affordability therefore saving me money!

I whole hearted will recommend Wyatt and Team Allstate to everyone… if you are looking for impeccable service combined with an excellent individual policy designed specifically for you at a very attractive rate with a sense of being treated as a person … then there is only one call to make…. Allstate! 1 and done!
