If there have zero rating option. I will give zero rating. I have bad experience with Allstate. And now send me latter for cancellation of policy and amount increase 439.43$.
Can I ask you why you are increasing my amount day by day. When I start my policy that time I get offer 319$. Then send me revise policy 389$ on Nov-2023 and now directly increased 439. Can you justify why is it increasing.
I have try to call 2-3 times customer care. But not reaching call.
Please don’t get Allsate policy.

PROFESSIONAL SCAMMERS

They will up charge you and give you a illegitimate quote for auto insurance, probably to stack their commission. If you need to update your file/account through a phone call, just call Allstate main line/ 1-800 number.

They were giving trying to charge me $900 more per year, when I called their 1-800 number the representative was also shocked at their malpractice.

I called for a new homeowner policy with the direction of my mother. The service was great and super fast especially for a Saturday afternoon! I received a quote, set up payment all under two hours and was even able to lower my annual premium! Highly recommend my agent Sahibzada, from the minute he answered my call he was polite, respectful and ready to assist me with my insurance needs.

Called Danielle Hatcher to get auto and home insurance quotes. Danielle with Allstate Insurance group are very helpful. They answered all my questions and saved me a lot and provided more coverage than my current insurance.

Worst worst worst
My experience with Allstate and their online agents are very bad. Their online agents are unprofessional u experience this when u add or remove vehicle from your policy. They take weeks not days. We canceled 2 time our new vehicle pickup date from dealer and allast we switched our insurance from allstate to another and bring our vehicle home and their online agents don't know why it takes time from last one month I called three days in a week and spoke atleast 9 different agents and still they don't close my policy.
If you still want their policy then i suggest contact any one in brampton office for quote but please don't take policy from Jimmy jhandi, he just sell the policy and then forget. From 3 years we are with allstate and this guy never call even not at policy renewal time and if you call never pick phone and get msg i am in meeting call u later and never call back, just once he call back and provide me toll-free number and said call and deal with them
I never write reviews but they force me to do that if you read reviews before doing business with anyone then plz believe me
And still you want to go with allstate then i can say good luck and God bless you

Worst experience ever with an insurance company! 8 weeks to finalize claim (and I had to do a lot of the work to figure out delays with tow company), then found out Allstate opened two claims for the same accident and 4.5 months later, still trying to get resolution to their error. Impacting my ability to get insurance for my daughter now (she was in the accident) and now Allstate says they will not renew due to risk. Office team wont help because I’m not their client (my rep doesn’t work there anymore), and Marco (who is manager) doesn’t return calls or emails asking for help to resolve, and to talk about their “claims satisfaction policy”. Really disappointed, and could almost consider unethical, as there is a long term impact to my daughters driving record and ability to obtain reasonable insurance rates.

I returned home from 4 months down south to find 2 things.
1. One of my vehicles had not been suspended for road coverage
2. My home policy renewal premiums skyrocketed 58%
When I contacted my Mississauga office to make enquiries, I ended up speaking with a woman named Laura from the Brampton office. Since all agents are still working remotely, she explained she also was taking overflow calls that came in from other offices.
After discussing my issues with her on the phone, she promised to look into the matters. Within 48 hours, she had resolved both issues and informed me of the refunds/credits coming back to me. I received both a phone message and email confirming the changes. Laura is a true example of the finest customer service that others could learn from.thank you Laura.

Hands down worst experience (s) that a customer has to go through. I'm writing this as I wait on the line for the 5th time today. Elapsing a total of 2 hours.

I have had the same issues in the past and thought maybe it was just a one time occurrence, but clearly not. Majority of the workers here are incompetent.none of them can do the easiest part of their job, which is simply just picking up the phone. WHEN THEY FINALLY DO pick up, they ask you for your information just to put you on hold and cut the phone, to where you're being surveyed about the experience you never had.

I had called in a day earlier initially to put a claim through and was told I'm gonna be called back in 9-12 business days! 9-12! Lmao. Extremely unorganized, Noone knows what they're doing. Can't even get a rental going.

These guys are horrible!

Arshdeep is my insurance broker and since the day I switched my Insurance over to Allstate I’ve had the best experience. Arsh makes herself available with a text or phone call. I love the fact that I have a personal broker and not some random customer service agent. She’s prompt with requests and answers all my questions. I wish I had gone to Allstate sooner.if you’re not with Allstate- you should be.

I have been an RBC insurance client for over 20 years and recently became unhappy with their service and rates. I decided it was time to shop around and I approached a number of insurance companies including Allstate. Danielle at Allstate got back to me promptly and was very very helpful and instrumental in my decision to go with Allstate. Excellent rates for both home and auto, coverage was customized and fit my needs exactly. Once again I credit Danielle for this, her expertise and willingness to help sold me. Very highly recommended!

I have been an All-State customer for years and remain one mostly because of one agent. Isna Kahn. Her knowledge, efforts and advice has saved me so much throughout the years. I'm not sure if other insurance companies can offer a better quote but for the dedication and service I recieve from Isna I would not change. Her personality and nature really makes you feel like, "your in good hands" and I trust her words.

Giving them ZERO stars for one agent JIMMY JHANDI, who gave me wrong quote and then played smart when came time for activation. Would not recommend to work with him. Finally, he advised me to go to different company. 10 years with ALLSTATE and they ask you to sign up with competitors.

This brampton office is the worst! Izna Khan is very rude. Definitely wouldn't recommend to anyone because they do not care about their customers. They increased my premium by a ridiculous amount of $2500 all while this convid-19 is going on. BEWARE!

Switched from Intact Ins.back to Allstate. Not only were the prices 30% cheaper but the customer service we received from Samantha was top notch! Highly recommend you see them when shopping for insurance.

I was throughly pleased with my switch to Allstate. I called the Brampton location and was greeted in an inviting manner and everything was explained in detail. I spoke to Iyezna, and she was able to get everything done within our call and all bases were covered. Glad I made the right choice and switched when I did, had a horrible experience with a previous broker I used for years. They hired all new agents who seemed to know nothing about policies or coverage.

Was exceptionally above and beyond what i expected that's for sure. Don't let the reviews fool you. Go see Saima Khan. Not only will she take the time to help with your policy concerns but in my case she helped connecting me to one damn good agent that gave me a great on time quote. Good job!

We are happy with the service we have received. We have dealt with Saima K from this location on many occasions and she is always happy to help us with our questions and concerns, over the phone and in person. It is always tough to find someone trustworthy in the insurance industry with knowledge and who will spend a little extra time/effort to explain everything and get things done properly the first time. We feel taken care of and heard.

Generally, I feel like people are in a habit of only leaving reviews when they feel things haven't gone as expected. I am trying to change that. I am leaving this review to show that there are many clients/visitors who are more than happy with the service and perhaps don't always feel the need to leave reviews, because at the end of the day, it is business as usual.

This branch has hundreds of happy customers/visitors everyday. Let the service speak for itself. Go to the branch and they will take care of you (with a smile)!

Worst customer service at this location ever the manager was not helpful at all my rate went up by $100 a month when I only moved three blocks away they couldn't give me any discounts I've been a client with them for 5 years and had paid on time and never got in an accident and my Insurance still went up. I took my snow tires off last week and because I don't have them on now they couldn't give me a snow tire discount even though I had them on all winter. I definitely would not recommend this insurance company to anyone bad customer service and inflated rates for no reason

Worst customer service experience at this location. Dont know how to treat their customers. I have been with Allstate for three years now and never had any problem with the company. Unfortunately I couldn't make one month payment and called the company ahead to ask for potential options. They suggested to put a stop payment from my bank to avoid NFS fees. Later they claimed that they never said that and added extra charges for non payment. It's not about the extra charges, it's the way they treat their customers is the worst. Just save your time and money by keeping away from this location.

This is the worst place I have ever been. The lady (Sana K) at the desk was having a bad day. For a payment of $523, she took an hour to take. She couldn't take the calls, she couldn't print out receipts, she was getting upset at the agent that he had locked the policy and I can't find him online. Never EVER go to this location and deal with the lady. WORST possible service you can expect from ALLSTATE!

The lady also has a habit of getting personal with the Clients as she came to know that I came from the US. She holds a grudge against all Americans, as I repeatedly said that you do not have to be judgmental, I am a Canadian Citizen, but her US rants and sarcasm continued.

Anyway in an hour's time I got a mere pathetic pink slip, I was not even provided a case or file for keeping the insurance ID's, $525 down the drain!
