Absolutely horrible service! Do your self a favour and go with any other insurance provider. This company states that they care about their customers and that they try to provide the best customer service for their customers. That is absolutely garbage

Was a 5 star, changed to a 2 after being with them a little longer. Customer service is good when you can actually get a hold of them, seems anytime you need to its at least a week before you actually talk to anyone. Unless your getting a quote, then they answer right away

Allstate gave me a really good price for my home and auto insurance. I am now saving over $500 a year! I was working with agent Aaron Husain and he was very polite, professional, informative, and took the time to explain to me what the package offered. I can’t even begin to count the number of situations in which Allstate employees have failed to communicate, respond, or record any interaction in an appropriate and professional manor.

I would rather pay double the insurance rates over continuing to be an Allstate customer at the Brantford office.

The “supervisor” Urszula, will sign off on conversations you’ve never had, or refuse to return your phone calls.

Deplorable customer service and no attempts to resolve conflict.

Allstate Brantford is absolutely dreadful! Customer service is non existent. Have a request you’d like ignored over and over again? This is the insurance company for you!

I called to change address of my rental and they said they could no insure the house due to the age, and then said they are charging me a penalty fee for cancelling the service that they said could not provide. When I asked to speak to manager they refused.

Good value, service and responsiveness. Especially provided by young and talented guys like Marko B. Thank you for all your hard work and representation!
