I recently bought a new car and Fatin was the agent that helped us. Fatin Fouad went above and beyond to explain everything and make sure we get the appropriate rate for auto and home. She was extremely patient and always managed to answer any questions we had. There was couple of complexites with the policy but Fatin again managed to take it away and get it resolved. I never had such a positive experience with an insurance company and such an honest agent like Fatin. I highly recommend you contact Fatin for any insurance inquiries you have.

Allstate Insurance proofed to be an exceptional choice for vehicle insurance, especially for students like me. I'm so glad to have my Home insurance and my Car Insurance through Sahib, Anwar. I was surprised to see the big different in both with my previous insurance. My previous insurance is 4 months ahead to renew it even though I paid the penalty and cancelled it and got my insurance with Anwar which saved me a lot. Thank you Anwar for your Genuine bossiness.

Fatin Fouad was such an amazing agent. Not only did she patiently guide me through the insurance transfer process, but she also provided me with an amazing quote. To give you some context, the policy I am on is quite complicated since it includes multiple cars and multiple drivers.

Fatin was able to add a new vehicle that I purchased to the policy while not changing the original quote for the other drivers. She also provided me with an amazing quote and policy. She was extremely responsive when I called with questions and she was extremely accommodating going as far as answering my calls on days off.

You guys are very unprofessional and I am very unhappy with the way you guys have been harassing me about cancelling my policy when it’s your mistake why payments have been missed. A client shouldn’t have to call you 3 times to confirm new bank account number you guys are horrible

I dealt with many insurances before and All-State was the easiest to deal with. I dealt with Jacky So and he always followed up when he said he would and he was pretty straight forward and honest.

Great Company can't really complain. The only thing is I wish it was a bit cheaper. Iam 35 no tickets or accidents and I pay 200.00 a month for insurance just because I live in mississauga I think that's very stupid they need to come up with some different prices

I've had insurance through All-State for the better part of 10 years now, always been good, never had an issue.until I needed to claim on my house insurance policy for a covered issue.

OK, so this year has been a year of HUGE storms which resulted in tearing shingles from my roof. All-State sent out an assessor, who actually took the liberty to taking photos from all around the house (including laundry that was hung to dry), inside and out WITHOUT permission.he attended while my adult children were home. He also reported the kitchen was a mess.d'uh no kidding the roof leaked and the wet cupboards (and contents) were removed to dry/dispose of and the drywall remove to allow the area to dry. To any lay person this would be BEYOND obvious!

Initially they refused to consider the claim saying the roof was end of life.but we countered under the pretext that had their been no wind, there would be no missing shingles and no resultant leak. The roof was old but NOT damaged!

This went on for several months, back and forth, we had to get our own assessor to come look and to help counter the clearly one-sided opinion of theirs. During this time, in which we have of course been actively engaged by telephone and email, All-State decided they would cancel our policy citing that the roof had not been fixed.no kidding.the claim was still unsettled. They further claimed they "could not reach us". Umm we're talking regularly about the claim? I had never realized (sarcasm) that having insurance meant I had to fix it myself first before they'd pay the claim or permit my policy to continue.

Now, after many more months have passed they have agreed to settle the roof claim, we added the extra to replace the entire roof. Still now, again many more weeks passed they have not bothered to respond to our request to re-instate the policy (which they say they don't normally do).

For TEN years I've paid my money for the day I might need it.they still happily take money for the car insurance. We've asked repeatedly if something else is of concern yet we get no reply, escalation requests have effectively been ignored and I pay my mortgage company $250 a MONTH to cover the liability and avoid been foreclosed all due to absolute incompetence, lack of interest and seriously poor customer service

This is NOT a branch of All-State, in fact not a company you want to deal with. I moved to All-State for the better rates from State-Farm.at least they resolve my claim, during that time, quickly and easily.guess you get what you pay for. Do YOURSELF a SERIOUS favor.do NOT use this office or company!

One thing I can say I’ve learned here, the money we spend goes on expensive advertising campaigns and after all that it has a typo cause “I’m in Gods hands”.

Stay away from this branch! Extremely poor service and very unprofessional. I switched to Allstate a number of years ago, they had a great rep there named Toby but he is gone. Then I found another good agent named Steve, also now gone. I made numerous calls to change some of my policies to no call back. Called the manager Zora, left a message on her voicemail that says she's away from the office (Aug) we are now October! Still no call back.
Nothing against Allstate, they have been good to deal with, I just had to find a new agency.
