There Main issue is there communications, answer or return calls. Delay Reply to emails. I hope they improve this as soon as possible.

Wow, when did All State xustomer service become so poor? I was holding for 1 hour 30 minutes then decided to give up. I've never had such a horrible experience before.

I called in to get a letter of claims experience and was told that the only way to get it immediately was if I waited on hold while the document was prepared. They said if I did not wait on hold it would take 2 - 3 business days to send the same email. After five minutes on hold, someone picked up the phone and said they emailed it to me.lol I cannot make this up, so ridiculous.

Helpful and professional customer service heather was very friendly and Susan was so knowledgeable and professional in the insurance industry she really helped explaining my renewal and made sure I had all the right coverages I needed for my home and auto policies. She even found some ways to lower my rates! Overall great service! I will be renewing with Allstate for many years to come!
