Jimmy was very helpful in navigating a complex primary house plus rental condo insurance policy that only a few agencies offer. Recently, I’ve added a second car to our auto policy and Jimmy took the time to explain the ins and outs with loaning your car to friends and family. We spoke on a Saturday afternoon and despite my assuring him that a response on Monday was fine, he provided prompt and detailed responses to my follow-up questions that very weekend. My sister hired him as a insurance agent, and at first it was ok but then We started noticing he started to take out unauthorized payments more and more each time thinking I wouldn’t notice and he said my rate went up due to some non-existent policy and bonded me in a contract he didnt mention to me until after I tried to cancel. WORST RIP OFF INSURANCE AGENT BEWARE!
