Usually have great service, but since they moved out of the office here in Sarnia, I cannot reach them. I have just waited on the phonenfor 15mins listening to the same recording. They are due to close at 5pm and it's now 5: 07 and the answering machine is continuing?

On Aug 28 our R. V.caught fire. Having to un-buckle and pull your children from a vehicle that is on fire is an absolutely terrifying experience.

I am close to 20 years of insurance coverage and have never once in my life made a claim. I called while we were waiting for the wrecker to arrive. I had lovely lady tell me that I would be contacted in 24-48 hours. Since then I have left multiple messages with multiple people with no response whatsoever. Not One Call Back!

All I can say is just do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. Consider my loss as your gain

It took a whopping 7 weeks before I finally talked to the right manager to get a call back from the claims adjuster. All the while the wrecking yard is hounding me to get this burnt piece of s*** out of their yard (I don't blame them)

Now here we are 10 MONTHS Later. (I have contacted London North twice about this)
I have still not received any of my own money back from paying them on a yearly basis.
They just sent me a renewal for the same R. V that burnt last August (2 months into my policy)
YOU MUST BE JOKING RIGHT? !? !

I am only asking for my own money back! I get that I had no coverage on the R. V. I knew that and said that all along.

Seriously you may want to find Elaine Hu to help you taking care of your cars and properties. She’s most professional and patient agent I’ve ever have. Appreciated!

I have had very helpful interactions with Greg Ortbach at Allstate. He was helpful and responsive when I was looking for a quote on home and auto insurance, and came back with a satisfactory quote. Since then I have have had a claim, and I reached out to him first and he connected me quickly with their claims department. It did take a couple of calls to get everything sorted out, but they were always helpful and let me know what was happening with my claim. I would definitely recommend them.
