Allstate insurance is a complete rip off. They increased my rates by 23.3 percent and no one at Allstate will explain why. Customer service is absolute trash and Allstate should be ashamed of themselves. I suggest everyone who reads this comment do not use Allstate. If you are current customer of Allstate I would get out NOW! I would rather be robbed in person than by a coward organization like Allstate. If any reads this and has a better insurance provider please respond to the comment for EVERYONE to see and switch.

Decided to jack my rate by 30% on a vehicle that is now worth less in its second year than it was brand new. No explanation given could come close yo justifying that kind of increase. Wah wah parts are more expensive. Guess what? My pay didn't increase by 30% this year so why should you get that? Absolutely trash when speaking on the phone trying to negotiate a different rate. Left Allstate for CAA. Better price even after also signing up with a CAA plus membership. Sad that Allstate has zero care to retain a customer of 10 years.

AllState is absolute trash. I've been waiting over 6 weeks on a claim and they won't pick up the phones or call me back if I leave a message. Email is basically just as useless. When I finally got through to someone they said to go to the OPP and get the collision report myself. I'm sick of waiting and even more so of doing these peoples' jobs for them. Do yourself a favour. Go to a different insurance company!

Our all state agent is really good with work but poor with communication. He is ALWAYS unavailable and does not provide timely responses. I have to keep sending him multiple emails. Also the responses we receive from him are unclear.
This is not the service we expect.

Forget about talking to a real person in the London office, they never answer the phone, so you get transferred to a call center in another city. I tried to call them back to renew my auto insurance policy but since they didn't answer, I get a registered letter stating that they will not be renewing my policy becauseIdidn'tcallthem back! Terrible service with a house claim also this year! The personal service is gone and so am I, not renewing either with them!

Nolan croxall today I went to Allstate he went above and beyond I had a great time at allstate he helped me so much and he exceeded my expectations and demonstrated of how a company should be like I was nervous but he was nice and gentle and patient with me I am very thankful for him amazing service thank you so so much Nolan for the best service I've ever experienced

Terrible service: could never get a hold of my agent. Multiple calls and emails and was still stuck at the car dealership scrambling to get ahold of someone, absolutely worst service I’ve experienced. Have been a long time customer and will be leaving after this experience

Policy for my cottage was $3,129.24 / year (thought it was a little high). I have NEVER had an insurance claim, so I decided to call a competitor. One call and I am saving $1,648.20 / year.

Allstate has provided superior customer service for our insurance needs. Miranda from the London office replied back to me swiftly and with detailed info on some questions related to car insurance. Great customer service. Thanks Miranda!

Never had accidents or claims and been with them for long time (almost 7 years) but they kept increasing their prices dramatically almost every year!
Also found out that some people have same coverage but pay almost half what l pay with the same company!

We have been with Allstate for many years. Recently I added a new car to our policy. I had Pamela Burkitt helping me through every step of the process. She was very kind, friendly and very helpful. She explained me everything, so that it was easy for me to understand. If you're looking for some savings and great customer service I highly recommend Pamela.

I called on behalf of my wife for her policy and had the pleasure of speaking with Pam B. I'm not very well versed in insurance but Pam was able to decipher my layman's gibberish and answer all my questions, including clarifying details I wouldn't even have known to ask about. By the end of our conversation Pam had us actually saving money. Thumbs Up!

Just got off the phone with Nolan for an auto quote and from here on out I will be going to him for ALL my insurance needs. He was concise, kind, and knowledgeable and I would recommend him to anyone looking for an auto insurance quote.
