I had a great experience with Allstate thanks to Ashvin, I was shopping around for insurance realizing I had an out dated and over priced plan. I reached out to my then insurance company to discuss a better more up to date offer and the lady I spoke to just tried to justify the rubbish insurance package meanwhile completely contradicting herself. Anyway I spoke to Ashvin he searched for the best plan for me while I still shopped around Ofcourse ultimately I went with all state. The service was amazing, night n day compared to where I was coming from so I switched everything over to all state it worked out cheaper now I’m sitting much better rate.

I switched to Allstate a little over a year ago and I'm very happy with my decision. Cheapest rates and best customer service. My auto insurance rep, Miguel De Jesus is competent, reliable and trustworthy. I am in good hands and have peace of mind. I would recommend Allstate to anyone looking to save money and get top notch service.

Customer service is extremely poor, they put you on hold for very long. High quotes poor cx definitely going to another insurance company.hire more people no1 have whole day to be on hold ridiculous

Before informing the appropriate person, Allstate escalate with out having a proper consent.won't communicate properly, always communicate via mails so delay can occur during pandemic time.looks like allstate doesnot understand what people are going through. When asked something, may take more than a day unless you keep calling them. They don't keep all the records - as when a transfer took place, they issued a binder and then, names were not changed and they asked for deed to proof.very unpleasant process they have, people are good.

Try to avoid this insurance they are so scam I have been with them for the last 4 years, no claims, no tickets at all my driving record is clear over 12 years of G experience but since I been with them they keep increasing every renewal periods from $ 209 per/ month jumped to $284, sham on them for doing that and I left them please avoid them

I would not recommend allstate under any circumstances. Unless all other insurance companies will not take you, please dont choose them. You get insurance for one reason, TO BE INSURED. So when you get into a car accident, you expect the company to try its best to help you out. It has been 7 months since my accident and i still have not received income replacement. If I didn't have a support system (my parents) I would be out on the streets as a hobo waiting for allstate to continuously decline my right to income replacement. When i talk about it to other people i know that got into accident before they have no problems getting income replacement ESPECIALLY when they already sent in all their income documentations. Instead, my adjuster at allstate is asking for more stuff that is unrelated to whether i should be receiving income replacement. For example, he is asking for a full medical report from ALL the doctors and WALK IN doctors i have ever been to. On top of that he wants a history of all the medications i have every been prescribed. I have nothing to hide but they just continuously ask for more and more documents and it is etting pretty ridiculous. They also pretend like they didnt receive certain documents to prolong this process. SO PLEASE! YOU NEVER THINK YOU WILL BE IN AN ACCIDENT UNTIL IT HAPPENS. GET AN INSURER THAT IS ACTUALLY WILLING TO INSURE YOU. NOT A COMPANY THAT IS ONLY HERE FOR MONEY.

Worst insurance company ever. Overpriced, refuse to adjust price according to the market and charges 2 month for cancellation fees. Will never take with them again

Absolutely horrible.my vehicle was REAR ENDED and there were mechanical issues as a result of the accident as well as body work to be completed.the mechanic said the issues were a coincidence and the appraiser agreed. The vehicle wasn't even road tested on the highway. They completed the body work then decided to complete an inspection and the appraisal was done prior to all of this for only the body work. The shop (ACTION HONDA) they're doing business with called me multiple times in one day not even knowing where my vehicle was eventhough it was towed there 2 days prior! I'm the one who's losing out on a vehicle and no one is affected by this except for me. Insurance is the biggest rip off ever. You pay so much money to cover your vehicle for these types of incidents and now I don't even have a vehicle that I can safely drive for myself and my children. I interacted with Zuzia, Omar and the shop interacted with Mary Anne, who told them I had to pay my deductible, but I was told in an email that I didn't have to. Clearly there's a disconnect and lack of care from all parties involved.

Very disorganized staff. They took on our policy and 3 days after told us that they wouldn't be able to insure our vehicle. They should have told us since the beginning so we would have gone a different route.

Very unprofessional, when they say they will call you back.they never actually do! Not to mention that often they simply hangup in the middle of a call and never call you back.this is very rude!

After calling many brokers with no success to find insurance for my 1982 Vanagon, I called Allstate and was luckily put in touch with Nicole who was SO helpful. She got me on the road in time for the long weekend and called back the next week to follow up and fix something that had made my insurance more expensive then it should be. VERY positive experience dealing with her!
