Allstate Insurance: Mississauga South Agency

Big thanks to saad. He helped me a lot honestly. I sold my vehicle since February 1. And i have called ever since. Its been 19 days trying to call and cancel my insurance. But saad came in clutch and honestly great customer service. He NEEDS a raise. Thank you again saad.

Luv Sachdeva has been nothing short of exceptional when it comes to providing insurance services. His knowledge is very profound and he gets you the right product for your needs. He is always available to share information and is very responsive. Great customer service!

These people are worst to deal with! I had a problem with my claim. These guys did not even attempt to resolve the problem. It went to ombudsman and got assigned to somebody and she never reached out to me after sending an e-mail introducing. Its been serveral months! I will defo be hiring a lawyer.

Worst costumer service experience ever! It seems like they don't really care about their costumers as much as they say they do.
I have been an Allstate loyal costumer for more than 6 years insuring more than 3 cars. 3 days ago I received an email from them advising me that my policy was cancelled due to a one time misspayment that I was unaware of. I called them back to try to resolve the issue as soon as possible and make the payment and nor only they refused to reinstate my policy, they also told me that because of that miss payment that I was never aware of, I was going to be paying for my new policy at least twice as much and that I was going to have a really hard time finding another insurance company that would give me a decent quote.
Long story short, I am an experience driver with no minor/mayor offenses on my record and now they want me to pay more that 7,000 dollars a year for my car insurance with a 1000 dollars downpayment and almost 700 dollars monthly payments.
So far, I have spoken to 2 different costumer service representatives and they both have told me to go find another insurance company If I wasn't happy, so that tells me how much they really care about their costumers.
Just wanted to share my experience for anyone that might be considering doing any type of business with them.

I also forgot to mention that during a coverzation I had with one of the costumers service agents, I found out that they were also charging me for a tenan insurance that I never requested or needed for at least 1 year.

Unfortunately this organization is affiliated with Pembridge Insurance company. And that particular organization provided me the worst experience ever. We were advised simply to close our claim as attempting to continue hunting down the insurance company proved to be feudal. Be warned.

Avoid at all costs. Once you have a claim agents such as Shelby McConkey ignore you and leave you in the dark. If you want a company to be by your side at a time of need look else where.

I’m giving these 5 stars to Michael vita because i’m really impressed by his service. As per my own experience with all state Michael is one of best employee.

I really had very good experience working with Amrinder, he is very good in explain all the queries related to my change in insurance and also he helped me solve my problem in very short span of time with all the required details. Even after completion of insurance policy with him, he also helped in clarify my questions related to App setup to improve the discount for future renewals as well.

After 18 years I found out that we've been overpaying. One phone call resulted in a reduction of 2/3 for our home insurance policy. Shame on me for entrusting Allstate for all those years. I cannot wait to cancel my other policies when they expire. Invest the time and shop their rates, especially if you are an existing customer.

This is the worst insurance company you can have your auto policy with. Please do yourself a favor and insure your home and auto with a different carrier, even if you have to pay more. The worst possible claims experience. They don't respond to you, the body shop couldn't reach adjuster at all, I had to pay for rental car myself eventhough the policy covers it in full as the adjuster is not reachable and I can't get the money back. Horrible experience, even one star is too much!

This is the worst insurance company i have ever dealt with- I got into an accident 5 months ago and have been getting charged for my total loss car ever since then despite having asked them to remove that car off my policy every single day.they have taken so much money from me and they still continue to do so - they also ignore me everytime i call to ask about a refund, or for the claim to be closed.i beg you please do not insure your car here.they will ignore you, harrass you for more money when they owe you money - be careful of these people they are evil and money hungry.all state is the worst insurance company to exist.

Was extremely difficult to contact my agent for such a simple request as to who my mortgage agent was.no customer service agent could tell only that the agent on your file is listed as MISSISSAUGA SOUTH.no contact or name.redicilous.after 10days I still have not been contacted either by phone or email.however my account is religiously deducted.at least they know who I am

Johanna was awesome! She is professional and knowledgeable, helping me secure an insurance plan that benefited me at an affordable rate. Would highly recommend her to anyone looking for insurance.

Had a issue with my insurance policy.
Long story short, had to be escalated to mgmt.
Thomas Millar is the MAN. From what the call center and other reps couldn't get right, he fixed everything it in less than five minutes over two phone calls.

Responsive and prompt service. 3 starts because Allstate as an insurance company is not my favourite.

This is so far the best insurance agency branch I've had the pleasure of dealing with. I've yet to meet a single person in this branch that was unreliable, discourteous, or unkind.

They've even helped me with issues with another Allstate branch in the past or even assisting with general insurance questions too (even if not related to Allstate themselves!).

If you're going with Allstate, definitely come to this branch! They are by far the best Allstate branch in this region.

Terrible Agency! Beware of their false promise, your insurance can terminate anytime without any valid reason. The Whole team is incompetent specially the owner or the main guy, we lost a lot of money because of their false acceptance of car insurance policy. Terrible Terrible Service!

Told me I have a forgiveness claim only to find out they pinned the blame on me after a year.sleazy, dishonest, unprofessional, lack of communication and ethics. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO USE THEIR SERVICE!

Very happy with this service. Fair packages and even after my accident, they took very good care of me.

I enquired on the web and directly reached out to Amrinder Singh. He offered a splendid experience in helping me procure a reasonable quote for my first car in Canada on a G license. I would recommend others to hear him out with your requirements. And for sure, you won't be disappointed.

Can’t share how happy I was and being treated over the internet but have to mention their excellent client services. Manager Thomas was never letting customers standing alone at door more than 2 seconds and a very humble man. Office is clean and very organized. Staffs are all welcoming and smiling every time they see you.

Their rate might not be the cheapest in the market but I am willing to pay little extra to switch from fast food to fine dining.
