Very poor.just had them for only 3 months my house insurance was 150 a month turned 400 a month.do not recommend

My car was accidentally towed to the wrong place, then abandoned for over a week. They have shown no contrition, and no urgency to fix their mistake.

Recently had the pleasure of dealing with Mila, and she was beyond helpful! Made switching to All-State a breeze. I would recommend anyone hoping to switch to All-state or looking for insurance at all to get in touch with Mila at the Niagara Falls office as she made getting Insurance a pleasurable experience! Not only did she get me the best rate she could but she also did all the heavy lifting along the way and made sure I was informed of everything within the policy! Hopefully this amazing lady gets the recognition she deserves! 10/10 customer service and knowledge.

Would be nice if they were open my father hates paying over the phone or at the bank he is cash in hand and receipt please kinda guy
