This company sucks received my renewal on Tuesday November 21 2023 and was quoted 195.00 dollars a month. Then today November 23 2023 it want up to 200.00 dollars. This is after 28 years with them. What a joke thank you Mr. Doug Ford

Justin Moore hooked me up with a rate that was a third of my previous rate. I txt him a picture of the vin my license and told him the mileage and he took care of the rest within an hr. Strongly recommend.

As a existing Customer I have been with Allstate since 2005. I had left a voicemail to a Agent to return my call it was a Saturday. I didn't know that the office hours had change to Monday to Friday 9-5. I was at the location outside disappointed that it's close on Saturdays which they use to be open and open longer hours on Thursdays. This is longer not the case. So left a message on Saturday hoping to get a call back on Monday the Agent did not return my call. I call the office on Tuesday spoke to someone asking to speak to my agent and was told she is at work today but had step out perhaps for lunch. So I left message with the person that was talking to me to pass on to my agent for a call back. Guess what it's Saturday today that makes it a week still no call from my agent. This is very disappointing and horrible Customer service.
