Worst office and no customer service! I called them when I was leaving Canada to hold my car insurance but they spent one month to veriy my identity! 20 times emails and at the end no one sent me confirmation for holding my insurance! I was wondering then they sent me email and cancelled my car insurance from their side! When I came back tried to talk to somone at their office and a lady said we can not do anything and this is rules! She gave me a rate for new policy about $4900 a year! Imagine as a very careful driver your whole year car insurance is $1800 and they push you to get a new policy 70% more expensive! That agent never transfered my call to their manager to talk when I asked 3 times! I do not recomend anybody to deal with them except than to get cheapest rate and read their documents carfully because they use your signed documents against you when needed! I could say, they are one of the first welcoming to the new AI ROBOT WORLD because they have no humanity and just numbers!

Yogesh was amazing to work with when I got my policy a couple of years ago. Recently I have been trying to get hold of him and sent numerous emails over a period of few months but none of them were answered. May be they don’t need to retain existing customers.

This review intended to be a bad review initially. However, I decided to meet with the manager before venting online. The decision turned this review from one star to five. Nick is a great guy. He gave me his time listening to my concerns, and without taking sides offered a resolution that was both efficient and satisfactory. I hope that I will never need to use my insurance but if I do I know that I can always rely on a help from Nick Bonofiglio. Thank you, Nick!

I worked with Shideh Mirian as she was recommended to me by my son who was happy with her services. When I wanted to switch last year she advised me not to switch but wait for the renewal which I am very grateful. She has saved me a lot of money since I switched this year to Allstate. Her knowledge of insurance policies and matters is really very good, and she is professional.

My parents have recently switched to Allstate after being with the previous insurance company for over 20 years. With the service provided by Kenneth, we are completely satisfied. He is very patient and detailed. He took the time to explain the policy with my parents that have no insurance knowledge. He returns phone calls as promised. Very happy with the service. Kenneth is highly recommended!

The agent Karen Shum is terrible. After i purchased the insurance, i can never contact her again. She will not answer emails/phones/text messages whatsoever. Alert! Never buy insurance with her.

I recently sent documents to Yongmei Keng confirm insurance for my customer, quick respond & very efficiency, confirmation come back within couple hours.

I recently had my policy changed from my previous insurance company to Allstate and Cecilia Huang our agent at Allstate was very very helpful in our transition. We heard back from her very quickly with our quote and explanation on our policy and she was helpful in getting back to us about all our concerns and questions. She made the transition seamless and very easy for us. We have since transferred all of our insurance policies to her and we look forward to working with her on a long term relationship going forward.

Best insurance provider in GTA. Yogesh Chanana is their best agent. He will understand your query and will help you with all sort of information. My old provider suddenly increased my insurance by $2000 Annually and Yoggesh helped me to get better insurance with same price with Allstate.
