I dealt with Brandon Roy at Allstate. I bundled my home and auto insurance and was more than happy with the rate and the service. Brandon went about and beyond to ensure that I understood my policies. He made everything very easy. Highly recommend him.

I am not able to contact them about my claim. Been on hold for hours at a time just to get answered by the emergency response rep. They can’t answer my question. The rental vehicle company or the repair shop has not been able to get a response from them. My car is waiting for a part and it seems they don’t want to pay the bill for the rental car which is way more than I feel comfortable saying I feel like I should have been notified way earlier. I have all my Insurance with them currently but will be terminating that asap. Would not recommend Sault Ste. Marie allstate.
