It’s too bad they have done nothing to address the inaction and neglect of the company toward my accident issues and claims. Before I decide to switch companies completely, I hope and pray someone here shows that action matches talk on customer care. Sadly, I’m not holding my breath. But I would love to be pleasantly surprised.

Nothing but problems. It’s impossible to get anyone to help you. I cancelled with them and went elsewhere. I don’t like leaving bad reviews but the service here is awful.

Waiting on hold for 14 minutes and then told that they have to transfer you to someone else is aggravating. I have since the response sent (2) emails to my local office that have been unanswered~! So now my rating is a (1)! After 35 years of doing business with this company their customer service has dropped to beyond POOR

I wouldn't recommend using alstar for insurance they insured me for about a month an a half then I got a registered letter saying they were dropping one of my motorcycle for no reason other than inwas under 30 why did they insure me in the first place if that's there policy kinda crazy to me considering they only dropped one of 2 bikes

Randy Tsubouchi is the best insurance agent our family has ever had! He is always willing to work around our busy schedule and is ALWAYS on the ball with replying to our emails and phone calls. When we contact him with a new addition policy or question, he is always willing to assist in a very timely, friendly and personal way. Its comforting to know you are getting the best possible prices with an informative agent!

One star is to good for this office. Run away as fast as you can. These are truly horrible people.

We had a problem with our insurance policy when we are calling to customer service, so we decided to talk to an agent in the office. The front desk lady was informative and professional. Also, the agent helped us a lot, there were mistakes in the policy and she figures out and fixed everything for us, moreover, gave possible advice to reduce the monthly payment. We are so glad that we could solve this with the agent.
