We have property and vehicle insurance with Allstate, we switch to them five years ago from a company that we were with over 40 years. Our experience right from our first conversation was incredibly, our Agent Marcello made us feel very comfortable, he couldn't do enough for us, he made sure we received the best price and the best coverage. Whenever I call or email Marcello he's available and always willing to assist. Unfortunately we had a few car accidents and again Marcello made the dealing with this very smooth and seamless.
We are very pleased with the team at Allstate, especially Marcello.

9 mo after I started my insurance with them they increased my premium by 25% without any justification. Not professional, not committed and unpredictable and no peace of mind dealing with them, they don't care about financial hardship they created to customers when they increase rate by 25% after 9 months of starting policy without any justification.

I called Vaughan Allstate and spoke with Donna G.to renew my mother's home insurance. Even though the renewal date was past due time she was able to get it done and answered every questions I had clearly. Very pleasant attitude and extremely helpful. She even went a step above and called me back with few mins to confirm everything was ok on their side as well after payment. Very satisfied customer. Donna gets a 10 out of 10 from me. I have been trying to help my grandmother in Toronto get her new car insurance for so damn long, finally when she was connected with Ryan Awall and he saved me a world of time and massive head ache. He was patient, efficient and went above and beyond to help my grandma, I'm very impressed by the way he was professional yet down to earth and human while talking to my grandmother and myself who he did not need to talk to as well.

I'm sure it was not a fun policy to work through but he never let that on and gave us the best deal we had heard and worked very hard for us. Would recommend more if I knew more people in Ontario

My husband Farooq-he has anxiety and a language barrier so that makes it hard for him to follow conversation sometimes. But Brittney was very patient and took the time to explain her answers to him. She also helped him get a better deal on his car insurance. I really hope we get to deal with her going forward. Highly recommend her!

I will keep this short and sweet. I am writing this not to vent anger or harm this business/office. I am writing this to save possible future customers some time and pain. Please go elsewhere if you are looking for insurance. Working with this Allstate office was probably one of the worst customer service experiences that I have ever had. From improper documentation and delayed responses all the way to policy errors and inaccurate data, this office did it all. Take your valuable business elsewhere.

My experience with Allstate has been wonderful. I have been dealing with Marcello and Sapna.
They both have been very professional and very patient. Both their Customer Service has been incredible. Its a pleasure when you have someone to actually help you, not just a call centre. I transferred all my accounts to Allstate and they made the process very easy and smooth and Saved me over 25% too. I highly recommend them.

I was very happy with the service I received today from Sr. Customer Care Agent Sapna Java.
She explained the home insurance coverage I needed in detail very fully and competently, and she answered all my questions with much patience. She was very courteous as well.
Unfortunately I have not had this same positive experience with other agents at this company.

Not a happy customer. I didn't receive any help during this covid crisis with a relief on my rate which in my 15 years of excellent driving with no penalties or accidents have I ever received a reduced rate. I would not reccomend to anyone.
