They are very unprofessional. When you go to them initially with inquiries, they are all well behaved, professional, quick to answer, etc. But once they have received their fees, then they show their true color. They will take their time to respond you. Sometimes, they have to be reminded and even then they will delay in answering your questions. Leeza Negi is an example of how to not work professionally. She is so careless that she doesn’t even bother to read your queries over email. She will ask for the same details twice. When you are fed up with her behaviour and want to make a complaint, nobody will direct you to the owner. She behaves as if she’s doing a huge favour by processing your file. They take forever to lodge your file and miss deadlines even if you have submitted every document. Overall, a pathetic experience. $500 went in vain.
