We hadn't been in a couple of years and always love their humus and often get it at the farmers market. Ordered for takeout during the blizzard for our family of 4. We ordered the chicken shwarma wraps with fries, and the lamb wrap as well as the humos of course. Best chicken shwarama we have ever had! And my kids agreed. They're picky. Cooked perfectly, and it wasn't fatty. Lots of meat. The garlic sauce was so good. And we loved that their fries were freshly cut. Thank you for another lovely meal. Service was also great, fast and friendly. Owner also introduced herself which was a nice touch.

Been wanting to go to this place for while. Was not disappointed at all. Great atmosphere, friendly staff and delicious food. Very clean and love that they have a prayer room. The lamb pita was excellent.

Food was SOOOOO good! The service was actually amazing. They were so friendly and very kind.

I’m not sure if the owners changed or the management but the food has gone completely DOWN hill. I got 3 shawarma wraps and 1 shawarma plate. I don’t know which was worse. I’ll have to go with shawarma plate. The rice was over cooked tasteless not to mention the chicken tasted boiled and unseasoned. $60 was thrown into garbage! Won’t be returning. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Amazing food, good portions and they even sell individual salads, hummus etc. Delicious smoothies and amazing lemonade and amazing bread and desserts.

A nice place to enjoy Mediterranean style food. Might require to add a few more waiters to improve their service. Toppings on the manakesh were not adequate, however, it was tasty. Shawarmas werr great too.

We had Almadina cater our wedding and we could have been happier. Shamina was a pleasure to work with throughout the planning and process and all the food was AMAZING! We had people coming up to us all night telling us how great it was. I loved the chickpeas and the beef kebabs myself. We also had many dietary restrictions and requirements which they handled with ease. And the baclava was a hit too. Could not recommend more.

I have been going to this restaurant for well over 15 years when they originally were on University plaza. Exceptional food wonderful people and you must visit the Waterloo market as well

Appreciate efforts to pretend that they care for customers but suggest not to annoy customers as servers were keep asking same question repeatedly. Quality of pizza was not good, salad and Falafels are so so but expensive.

It was lovely dining at Al Madina. Had the chance to meet Shamina and her spouse prior at the Grand Malabar and their restaurant truly was lovely.

Tried the shawarma, warm pita and Egyptian coffee. Truly wonderfully food, service and ambience.

We came across them when we went to Rona and decided to try. The food was excellent and the service was great too. I had the taboullie salad with chicken and it was really good. It came with fresh pitas and garlic dip. Will return for sure.

The food was very tasty and the service was good. Their fresh lemonade is a dash of heaven, so refreshing.

One of the highlights of Almadina Restaurant is its reasonable prices. With taxes included, my bill, including drinks, came to $61. Considering the quality and quantity of the food, I found it to be quite affordable. It's a great value for the dining experience they provide.

Speaking of drinks, I highly recommend trying their mango/guava drink. It was a refreshing and delightful blend of flavors that complemented the Middle Eastern dishes perfectly. It's definitely worth trying during your visit.

I had the Mediterranean salad with chicken shawarma and my partner had samosas with salad. Both excellent. Service also top notch. Will definitely be back!

Food was good. Service was great too. I took one star off because I don't like when the waiter keeps coming to ask how it's going. It just makes me feel awkward. Other than, it was a great experience

Server Katia, took the time to explain the menu in detail. We ordered based on her recommendations. Kofta plate and Grilled Lamb. Food was so delicious. Everything fresh and made in house. All of the complimentary dips were fantastic. Bought some to take home. Strawberry lemonade, so refreshing. Lentil soup, outstanding.

Food is good but service is not good at all. Servers are not nice. Atmosphere is busy. You'd be better off to order take out or delivery rather than eat in.

I went there for lunch with a friend before we were going to a movie at Landmark Cinema. We were on a tight schedule but after we brought it to the attention of our server when we ordered our food we did not have to wait very long and we were served good quality food!

The food was ok. We ordered Shawarma, samosa, salad and soup. The Shawarma was good. The soup the same. Samosa was nothing like samosa. It was a big ball filled with potato and vegetables. And the potatp was half cooked.
The service was not good. The staff were not smiling at all and although I mentioned that the potato was not cooked properly and it was hard, she said just "oh" and nothing else.
Prices were good. The dining room was clean and the atmosphere was good too.

GF dining options. I had the shish tawouk lettuce wrap and the garlic potato salad. The wrap had good chicken and sauce but the quinoa salad tasted like it was previously frozen. It was very watery and lacked flavor.
My husband has the shawarma and fries.
Great service and my daughter was in the high chair. She's 7 months and I've never seen her eat so much bread. She has good taste.
They have a change table in the women's bathroom.

I got the chicken shawarma pita and it was so delicious! The fries were pretty good too would not complain at all definitely a new favourite middle eastern restaurant in town. Staff was also very friendly and always checked up make see if I needed anything. Will definitely come back

We came at 810. The order was taken but then soup not served, no water served. Oven was closed so no pita served and then asked for tea and they said it was over. Just a feeling that if you are coming within Last hour they don't want to serve you

If you are considering this place for tabouli, don't. It's supposed to be mostly parsley. The base of this one is cucumber and tomato, with a pinch of parsley on top: (and I think they charge about 11 dollars for a small to medium portion of it.
The fries were good, and the dolmades were fair.
