Went in and asked for Chicken thighs, had a pre wrapped thigh pack or what appeared to be thighs. Cashed out and came home to find the label says Chicken breast and the meat is actually the entire leg lol. My mom was pretty upset and called them, where the gentleman was also upset that my mom was furious about, given the consumer has the right to be after you pay for something and you don’t get what you paid for and he hung up. Suggest everyone just buys their Halal prepackaged poultry from Walmart and FreshCo.

I bought 4 lbs of goat meat here today and there was goat hair all over the meat. I called and asked and they said that’s normal. I bought meat from them before and other places and I have never ever seen goat hair on the meat itself. Had to throw all of it out because even after I cleaned it out and I made the entire dish, I could still see some hair.

Very poor at customer service because of few people. Before it was good. We do our grocery and buy meats since 2010. We never experienced any bad customer service like that. There are few people in meat section they don't know how to deal with customers. Very very rude. They want you to buy the meat whatever piece they want, they try to impose you to buy bad looking one which is sitting there longer. They dont even give choice to choose the meat if you ask less quantity. The guy did not even offer anything from fridge, sometimes meat shop keep their stock in fridge. So, he was trying to give me the veal whatever pieces he wants as I asked for 4-5 lbs. You don't treat your customer like that. I felt like, how to behave with women, he has not learn yet even though he is in Canada. Still attitude were same as regular Pakistani guy, just like they treat their women in Pakistan, exactly the same way. Talking to urdu in between of our conversation very unprofessional. Try to take advantage from women as if we have to listen to man. Not really good place according to customer service. Very stubborn attitude, even though the front shop cashier man said to him to cut half from 9lb of meat he denied. He said, that man dont understand business, how rude is that, you are telling your own people! The guy from front shop cashier was nice, he knows how to help people. He came out and tried to help. But still other guy from meat areas did not give me the piece I wanted. There were another piece I showed him, he denied to give that one too. Only he wants to give a piece from his choice. Very frustrating.

Finally, I had to get the meat from Madina specially on 27 th Ramadan. I purchased the way I want, they gave it to me. They are really good people. May God bless them.
In Ramadan, people should be kind. Al noor meat section people wasn't kind at all.

The staff and service is excellent but lately I find when I buy meat in bulk the chicken specially smells like it has gone bad. Makes me sad that I wasted money on it and scared that we will get sick from eating it.

Good setup and we will get according to our choice with or with out skin or medium or small piece etc.
Price May be little increase.

Asked for 10lb of beef shoulder this afternoon, along with other shopping with my family. After getting home and preparing the meat for the freezer, noticed that the labeling indicated "veal" and not "beef" (no they are not the same). And when weighed, the actual weight was 2.2lbs less than the labeling. Will NOT be buying here again.

Very diverse stock of ethnic foods. The majority of non meat products are in the basement level.

I’ve read the reviews and will stop by to try a shawarma and buy some groceries. I don’t understand why some people say the staff is very friendly and others say they are very rude but I guess I’ll find out.

I bought chicken legs today and it was so smelly. I washed the chicken and still the same. Very bad experience. Waste of money. Will never go back.

It’s so bad meat and service too and they are very layer. They’re swearing the food are fresh all the time. It’s not garbage food they don’t deserve any stars
