Oven buttons stopped working and need repair. Alan came and diagnosed the problem. He came back 2 days later with a replacement part and works like new again. Great experience.

I had an amazing experience with Alpha. My dryer had been broken for several months and they were able to fix it for me in one session. They went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience. They were very professional and answered any questions I had. They even checked my washer for me to make sure there were no issues. I had a problem with my laundry room space and they were able to provide suggestions and did everything in their power to solve my issue. I will definitely be working with them in the future and will recommend them to my friends/family.

Took my address and provided a time for visit. Apparently I did not "text" confirmation and so they did not book it. They did not mention that this is something customers have to do.

My dishwasher was leaking from the bottom. I was put in touch with Alpha by another service I had used previously. The repairman called promptly and was in the area, so he was able to come in the same day. He quickly took a look and saw the problem. He was communicative and showed me what the problem was. He tested his repair several times to make sure the leak was stopped. All done efficiently and professionally in about an hour. Many, many thanks!

My fridge stopped cooling. I called Alpha Appliances and Allan managed to squeeze us in the same day. He texted half an hour before coming and was very prompt. Followed all covid protocols and we felt very safe. He took the time to explain what the problem was and fixed it in no time. He also made great suggestions for preventative maintenance to help extend the life of our fridge. Price was exactly as described on the phone. Very reliable and trustworthy.
