This is my favourite nail place! The environment and staff are welcoming and friendly. Annie is my go to nail tech, she’s amazing at what she does and I always leave alpha nails feeling satisfied! I would definitely recommend going here and asking for Annie!

My pedicure was lovely and my nails turned out nicely, however I was a bit put off by some of the ambiance. Some of the staff probably smoke and I had a whiff of it upon entering the salon, as well as when someone walked by during my visit. Also, I don't know if they just don't have a back room but there were a few staff members lounging and looking like they were napping on empty pedicure chairs. Just felt really unprofessional, but if that stuff doesn't bother you the actual treatments were good.

A little pricy but they pay great attention to detail and my nails always last me a long time whenever I get them done here

Made an appointment days in advance, still had to wait 20 min for chair. Then sat and waited for 10 more minutes for service. Not quality painted nails.missed sides.and tip of nails. Ignored most of the time. Told by someone working anothers nails we could leave but had to get someone's attention to address smudge nail. No customer care or service. Such a disappointment.

Had a great experience getting a full set with annie! She was very friendly and did an amazing job, will definitely come again!

Great service, super friendly and easy to book online! Pricing was a little pricey for my taste, but nothing too crazy considering it’s a high quality nail salon. Will definitely be returning!

Came for regular pedicure. Loved the booking process (simple and easy). Love the pedicure. It was my first and will definitely be coming back!

This is the only place that I've ever had biogel done. The first time it was great, except a couple of my nails were crooked and I had to fix it on my own, later. The second time I went in for a biogel fill, which the website says is 40 dollars. I was charged 50 and when I asked why, the woman said she gave me a fill and a shellac cover, which is 10 dollars. I never asked for the shellac. I guess from now on I have to specify not to give me shellac. I really do not like being surprised when checking out.

This store is amazing! The owner and employees really treat you like family and make you feel welcomed and comfortable! Jimmy and Henry never fail to make our nail dreams come true. Very clean, very talented, very nice and funny people, coming here is truly a pleasure!

My friend and I came here for a manicure and pedicure a few weeks ago. We had an excellent experience. Mary and Jessie provided amazing service and were super friendly. I’ve come to this Salon about 6 times and they always make you feel at home and like a part of the family! So friendly and welcoming. I had Henry as my mail tech, and he did a wonderful job on my valentines nails. I love them! Won’t be taking my business anywhere else

I used to get my shellac chipped but ever since I started going to alpha nails, my shellac stays on. Need advance booking. They are always busy. Best time to go at 11 right when they open if you are going for a walk-in. Super busy during weekend and holidays.

I have no words to describe how attentive and caring the stuff are! Me and my mom went to get our manicure done for the New Years, but right after we were finished we decided to make two pedicure appointments! Very gentle hands, modern equipment, excellent colour and spa options, beautiful atmosphere, and most importantly relaxing music! This is exactly what you expect from your nail appointment! I have tried so many different salons in London and Toronto, but Alpha Nails is my favourite because Alpha nails is just next level of customer service. Their prices are so reasonable that I am even considering travelling back and forth just to get the services I need done by alpha nails incredible techs! Henry, Mary, Daniel, and Yen helped me and my mom, but I am sure that any nail master at Alpha Nails will be just as great and quick as they are! One of the greatest attributes of this salon is that they always have space for walk-ins! I recommend Alpha Nails to anyone and everyone with full confidence that it is going to be a pleasurable experience!

My usual salon was closed today which is why I chose to go here for a last min acrylic refill. Service was good but the quality of the nails are not as nice as my usual spot. My nails are uneven and there is gel polish on the underside of my nails. It looks decent until you start looking closer and notice the details.

I would recommend them if you’re in a pinch - but only for something simple!

Its approximately one month since i’ve gotten my nails done here and not a single one has lifted or fallen off, the design is still clear as day one. Honestly love it here, the prices are amazing and so is the staff. They are so welcoming, you really shouldn’t consider anywhere else!

I had a manicure done at Alpha and loved the whole experience. Great service from Mary, friendly atmosphere and walked out with a gorgeous set of nails for a fair price. Highly recommend.

This was the second time i went there for a pedicure with my daughter! They are an absolute pleasure to have work on our feet. They are the nicest people and really do an amazing job! Highly reccomend. I drive from Grand Bend because they are worth it

I get gel nails and pedicure every 2 to 3 weeks, for years. I went with my daughter per her recommendation a week ago. We entered and the place was packed and loud. We got seated for our pedicure, but my tech took ten minutes to get to me and then disappeared midway during my pedicure for 15 minutes. No explanation! My toenails were filed crooked and I had ask the tech to file it so one side wasn’t pointed out. My toe nails have chipped! I truly think they use garbage nail polish. I’ve never had such a bad pedicure. Also I do not need my calves massaged for 10 minutes. My feet are the focus not my legs. The edges of my finger nails have lifted! THIS IS THE WORST PLACE TO GO. Waste of time and money.

This place is amazing! Came here yesterday, showed them a picture and got exactly what I wanted. Everyone there is so talented and nice. 10/10 would recommend.

Wouldn’t even think to get my nails done anywhere else in London, ON! Their team is incredible; from friendly faces upon arrival, to talent in the chairs! With such a fun/family environment, I always feel welcomed and embraced. Each visit, I get to learn a new name, share new conversations, all while reconnecting with familiar ones! AMAZING Service! Just the sweetest technicians working here. My sister and I just came for mani/pedi's and we both left absolutely thrilled. This is the nicest, most even and perfect manicure I've ever had. They also fixed my sister's manicure from another salon and were SO attentive. Everyone wanted to make sure she left happy- very thoughtful. We'll be back! Thank you!

The male staff here are disgusting. They will only speak to you or be “friendly” if you are a skinny/ young white girl. To my plus size girls; do not go here. They charge extra if you’re plus size. Went with my friends and got the SAME services and yet my cost was $25 more? Unprofessional, unclean, discrimination… no thanks.

Alpha nail spa is the best nail spa in London. I have been going there last year. Love their service. Jesse, Jimmy and Henry put their heart into their work. Highly recommend.

Alpha Nail & Spa is the best nail place I’ve ever been to. I had a pedicure and shellac manicure which was done with precision, cleanliness and in 1 hour total! The hot towels and foot/calf massage during the pedicure was amazing! Kevin was a great aesthetician. Friendly staff, calm and trendy atmosphere. They even offered and gave out bottled water. This will now be my go to nail place! Thank you and keep up the great work!

Visiting London from out of town. I have never been to Alpha Nail Spa before and chose them based on ratings and same day appointment availability. I am very pleased. Daniel did my mani/pedi and he was great. Gentle touch with the cuticle scissors and the nail prep for my shellac and his colour suggestion was perfect. The salon is clean and bright, and all if the staff were pleasant. If I'm in town again for some personal pampering, I'll come back here. Thanks!

I received a shellac pedicure and the shellac started chipping 1 week after the appointment and by 2 weeks almost every nail is peeling. When waiting for my appointment a worker sat on a sofa chair and directed me to wait on a wooden side table. I also experience painful ingrown nails, and minor toe pain that I’ve never experienced after a pedicure. I usually visit another salon but wanted try this one based on location.not worth it. Would not recommend this salon. It was also the fastest pedicure I have ever received. Seemed to be a lot of general chaos

Very very weird experience. I was treated in a much different and uncomfortable way than they treated every other customer.
As soon as I entered every single staff member started STARING at me and my nails. So uncomfortable.

Just came back after a disrespectful service.
When I entered the staff asked me “ how do you know me”. I said I don’t. I want good service that’s it.
Then while doing my nails, told him to keep my length, shortened it.
While filing he said bio gel is 50$ plus Color.
I didn’t even ask him what the cost it.
Both the customers next to me were not told during their service what the cost will be.
Are you kidding me.
Last time I paid 90$ for manicure + pedicure + gel+ shellac (on hands)
This time my total was 49$ only for gel+ shellac on hands without manicure and pedicure.
Way to make someone feel insecure and awkward.
Nobody else was told the cost and then when I asked him if he thought the shape is right, he said in a tone “ I haven’t buffed it yet, if you’re uncomfortable I’ll call some other staff “. Went on to Gossip with other employees in their native language and then I got another stare down.
Nobody comes to be treated like that after a hard day at work.
I told the lady at the billing counter that your staff was staring for no reason and she didn’t respond.
My service was provided by Henry.

Great experience. It was busy, but I barely had to wait. He suggested a less expensive option for my nail fill than other salons I had been to (ombre powder rather than doing it as a top coat), and I actually found it looked much more natural. Have been to a few local salons trying to find one that took the time to do a good job and this is it! Will definitely be back!

Got a fresh set of acrylics with Daniel. He was so detail oriented & did an incredible job. I’ll be making this my new place to go.
Didn’t want to affect the rating - but the price was different than listed. Not a big deal, honestly you get what you pay for and this is one of my most symmetrical pretty sets I’ve had.

Had the spa pedicure and a manicure. My mail Tech Anna did both. Anna was fabulous took her time I never felt like she was rushin through our time to get to the next client. Much to my surprise they accepted walk ins and had room to book for today. Easy to use website, clean facility and easy parking. Glad my daughter suggested it. For sure I will seek Anna out when I need my nails filled it.

I went with my friend to get acrylics for the first time for grad and we LOVE them! It’s been about week and I just got a new design and i’m obsessed! I had Daniel both times and he is not only an amazing nail tech but a great guy to chat with. Him and his brother Jimmy (who had my friend) are hilarious together and if you go, I 1000% recommend booking one of them! This is for sure my new nail salon!
