They interview n ask for training first and promised while interview that training will be paid but later they when they dont like work they don’t even pay for training, And never reply email n call.

Not impressed when you get your OHIP card swiped but still required to pay $150 “cash” (given a bogus hand written receipt) to fill out one page of a physical examination. Dr Hany Abraham practices seems very unethical.

I love this medical clinic and the people who run it. My doctor is amazing! The gals at the front are friendly and accommodating. Sadly, I think they have to put up with a lot of verbal abuse but still remain friendly. The clinic is clean and organized. Did I mention I love my doctor? !

Honestly don't know where all the bad reviews are coming from. Staff are awesome - great with kids. I have enjoyed going there with my family. Dr. Tawfik and Dr. Boctor are excellent.

I recently visited AlphaCare walk-in medical clinic for an urgent issue and I was thoroughly impressed with the level of care I received. The family doctor that I met with was fantastic, taking the time to listen to my concerns and conducted a thorough examination along with a treatment plan that was easy to understand. I found the staff to be incredibly friendly and professional, making me feel at ease. I would highly recommend this health clinic to anyone looking for a top-notch medical experience in the georgetown area.

Probably the best best Walk-in clinic in Georgetown. I have been going there for a few years now and very happy with the family doctors and the medical services there. The walkin clinic's wait times are usually not too bad and the staff are very nice and accomondating. It is good to know that we have excellent health centre providers like this in our community.

I recently discovered Alpha Care Walkin Clinic, was down with a bad cold and visited them. The family physician that I saw was very knowledgable and gave me some prescriptions that quickly made me feel better. I am glad to find this medical center, it is also great to know that we have such excellent family doctors in georgetown! I came in without an appointment and was able to see the doctor quickly.

Not a real pharmacy the pharmacy owner dont know how to deal with customers he just only know how to disrespect someone

If I could give this place a zero I would. I went there on Wednesday because I had a shingles flare up and Dr Hisham kept telling me I was wrong that I didn’t have shingles because you only get shingles on your ribs and nowhere else. If anyone has ever had shingles knows that is not true they are just pox’s and you can get them anywhere on your body even your eye balls. He rubbed my blister with his rubber gloves which broke my blister which made me get 2 more blisters. He told me that I must have been bitten by a bug and sent me away. So I seen my family doc the next day and guess what it is shingles. I was in agony for days because of his arrogance.pls do not go to this clinic wait until you can see your GP or another clinic. I could end up with serious health side effects because of his negligence and from what I’ve read below I’m not the only one, this doctor should go back to school asap!

This place is AWESOME, from the doctors, to the pharmacists they are all helpful and courteous and go out of their way to look out for the patients wellbeing. For those who love to give negative reviews, please remember that Alpha care is doing it's best to provide care and medication to all patients making sure there is no one left behind given the current post pandemic situation. While some people forget, this place was open all along during the beginning of COVID till present and even delivering medication to people's homes. I've been coming to this place with my family for years now and will continue to do so as long as we are in Georgetown. Honestly, honestly, this is the place to go to for all your health concerns. If there are more than five stars to rate this location, I will give it all the stars there is to give. Stay healthy, be well and call Alpha Care medical center for all your health concerns.

From the doctors right to the pharmacy Dr Malek and his staff amazing Peter and staff at the pharmacy amazing always ready to help.

I have been a patient of Dr Malek for over 10 years and can't say enough good things about him and his staff.
Dr. Malek takes his time and gives you the attention you need.
The receiptions are great as well. They always pick up the phone and get you the earliest appointment needed. I always enjoy going in and seeing them all.

I've been going to Dr. Abdel-Malek for about 18 years. He's seen me through 4 pregnancies, 2 births, cancer and many things in between. I couldn't imagine having anyone else as my doctor. He's more like family now. His staff are amazing and after all these years I consider them friends as well. Always professional and do their best. The offices are always clean too. The pharmacy are in the same boat. I've been with them just as long and they've become friends of ours as well. It's a bonus that they're all in the same building so if I need something I can ask the doctor to just give my prescription to the pharmacy. The pharmacy delivers too which has came in handy with covid and the delivery lady I've know just as long as all the others. I'd recommend this location to anyone. They are the best.

Went in today (April 14th) two receptionists one on the phone, the other typing on a computer. The one typing looks up at me for a split second then back to her computer. No acknowledgement, no “it’ll be just a moment”, nothing at all. Turned and walked out. Please get receptionists that will at least acknowledge a patients existence. I understand the second one not saying anything as she was on the phone.

Dr fiel is an attentive doctor but postpones a lot of conversations for multiple visits which is hard if you live far. It is hard to get the staff on phone but they are very response in person

I have nothing to say on how great of service they have! People are friendly when you spend alot of time there. That's how I got my family doctor. Hope they stick around for another 50 yrs. ‍️‍️

The doctor's at Alpha care are awesome but the lovely ladies at the desk are amazing not only are they extremely efficient they are kind and caring and go out of their way to help in any way they can thank you lovely ladies god bless you

Best medical centre in Georgetown. From the ladies at the front to the doctors to the pharmacy staff everyone is amazing! They have helped me and my family with all of our needs. The girls at the front always go above and beyond for us when we come in. Dr. Malek always makes time to see us and explains everything so that we understand. Peter and his pharmacy staff are exceptional. I couldn’t ask for a better place.

Worst family doctor ever. I was forced in right after I almost died in ER, just so that the doctor could rest assure that I was not planning to sue her

Went there for the first time and had a very good experience. Jeannie was very helpful and polite. Will definately be back.

A while ago I went there because my daughter had problems with both ears -discharge, itching and uncomfortable feeling was what she experienced. Unfortunately the doctor didn't help at all, no medication was prescribed, I was told to go to our ENT doctor at Sick kids hospital. The result was that my daughter has hearing loss on her right ear because the infection that was not treated. No more to say.

Your phone number does not work and your voicemail is not set up, DURING COVID! Get over yourselves, y'all are not professionals.

It's hard to believe the attitude the reception staff have, they seem to believe it is their job to put up as many hurdles as possible to hinder a patient from seeing a doctor. I made an appointment for Friday on Monday, received a phone call yesterday offering an appointment for 10th August, when i mentioned i already had an appointment booked told to wait, several minutes later i had confirmation for Friday.
I would suggest if looking for a family doctor or clinic use Alpha care as last resort.

I absolutely recommend coming here! The receptionists are so polite, kind and helpful. The doctors are very professional and will assist every patient in an understanding, knowledgeable and informative manner. The environment is so friendly and I’m very satisfied with both Alpha Care Medical Clinic and the pharmacy!

Had to resort to a walk in because my doctor was unavailable until Monday. They only have Telemed available (which I was never told on the phone when I called them) which is you see a nurse who assesses you (she only typed in what I told her) and then they skype with a doctor. The nurse never laid a hand on me except to take my blood pressure. The doctor clearly said to me I can't treat you properly without seeing you and just wanted to give me antibiotics when he clearly had no idea what was wrong with me. Then proceeded to tell me to see my family doctor or go to another walk in. So I wasted about 1 hour there. Then went to another clinic and was told because I just saw another doctor, they can't see me because the doctor will have already billed for seeing me (which they didn't really see me aside from on a video screen) and then this doc wouldn't get paid. So NOW they've made it so I CANNOT see another doctor today. I am in horrible pain and discomfort and my only option now would be to spend the day in emerg.taking away from others that urgently need care there.
They are falsely billing the government for seeing patients that they aren't even diagnosing. I can easily use a computer myself and try to find out what's wrong - but wanted a professionals opinion and didn't get it. And this is our GREAT CANADIAN HEALTH CARE!

Save your time and go elsewhere. My doctor “Abraham” for years didn’t believe me or know anything about my condition because he has not dealt with it before which lead me to spend thousands on false hope and advice. Again go elsewhere to better experienced doctors that aren’t lazy and will genuinely help you. Customer service is lovely on the other hand but that’s not why I come to the doctors clinic.

I came to the clinic on October 10th 2019. Nooria was attending nurse who diagnosed my condition. Nooria was extremely informative, professional and very easy to talk to. Thank you so much Nooria for all your help and recommendations! What a lovely person!

Terrible service by receptionist. Impatient and rude. Attitude is like we have more than enough patients you go somewhere else.
