Owner is incompetent and disorganized. Deadlines get pushed back and prints messed up. Time and money wasted. Avoid.

Unfortunately I did not have the same experience with Alpine as many have, please take into consideration this project occurred during a big equipment upgrade at Alpine. Timeline being moved was never communicated until multiple update requests were emailed.
The timeline for my order was 14 days, I finally received my order, incomplete, yesterday. The invoice was paid April 25 and received in "full" June 8th. First order came with errors, which were replaced in sizes/colours not originally ordered. One sweater came with the wrong ink colour and another sweater was left out completely. My expectations were to have communication, relatively on time delivery, and minimal errors. It was decided by the owner to refund items instead of replace and now with less than a week out from our event, I am scrabbling to reach the order quantities I ordered.
There are additional events that occurred, overall not a good service at all and unfortunate as I now have to communicate to fellow businesses that were hoping to work with Alpine as well. The owner did send along a refund minus HST paid and communicated we won't be working together moving forward as our expectations do not align. As a small business owner, I do not expect perfection but I do expect a business to fulfill their services and communicate effectively.

Alpine Print is 10/10! They went above and beyond to ensure my organization had the merch looking spectacular before our first major event. Fantastic communication, the colours are stunning, and excellent quality. Cannot wait to order again:)

Wax Records reached out to Alpine Print Company to source and print some tour merchandise for one of our artists. Graeme delivered quality merchandise within an incredibly tight timeline and was patient, helpful and communicative during the design process, to ensure we received the best possible product.
