I had a issue with charging my computer instead of getting me to bring my computer to them and get at least a Min Charge out of me or fix it then charge me I would not have Known,
they verified my warranty with Hp and told me you are under Warranty so I got the repair Under Warranty. 6 Star Rating for this Company Refreshing to Know there Are Honest Good Companies Still Around.

Aldo was able to fix 2 printer problems. One was an issue we'd been having with the ink flow for several months and the 2nd was an issue that had made our printer completely unusable. The ink issue took some time, but Aldo stuck with it and it is operating better than it has for about a year! We couldn't be happier. Because the ink issue was a tricky one, it did take a little more time than estimated, but Aldo kept us informed. As far as we're concerned he saved us the cost of buying a new printer, because we had to have one for our student. Costs were very reasonable, communication good and we had our printer back within a week. We definitely recommend Aldo/AL's Computer Service.

Computer made this repetitive beep, he suggested to remove the keyboard and restart it over the phone.stuck key somewhere.

Aldo of ALS Computer Service was friendly, fast and efficient in fixing my printer at a very reasonable.price. Beyond that, I felt Aldo was willing to go the extra mile in helping accommodate my busy schedule, staying open after typical business hours to make sure my printer could be serviced. Should I ever have any future printer troubles again and/or computer repairs required, will certainly check with Aldo first.
