Service Department - This Nissan location has always made my visit a good one, especially Angela who is kind, patient, understanding, and knowledgeable. She takes the time to explain things to me and made the effort to use lay terms and examples to help support this process. The other front desk service workers have been just as pleasant too.

I appreciated the transparency by the mechanic about the diagnostic of the vehicle, even if it meant admitted that they did not know exactly the cause or being unable to fix my cars problem - which was were I docked star off because it meant we spent money and yet it didn’t fix our issue and more would needed to be done to even determine the cause. But I appreciate not feeling pressured to make decisions “now. ”

I do wish the video by mechanic was actually showing us what they were examining Vs a blurry low quality shot of the outside of my car… What’s the point? And also, the car wash is pretty bad, it left spots on our car.

Horrible Experience. Terrible communication. Do yourself a favor and avoid at all costs, their service department does not even know how to balance tires and overfill your engine oil. I saw a service advisor rip off an older lady telling her she needed a bunch of fluids to be changed cus they were 2 years old too. They are just chasing for money.

In my personal experience and opinion about Woodbridge Alta Nissan, Good and polite Sales, Front desk & Finance Staff. In particularly Mina for Sales, she patiently showed and helped everything what I expected. Actually I came for Infinity bought it Nissan Rogue, I am happy with this Car. Robert for Finance he also explained a lot of queries from my side and there’s one other manager also explained something about deals. Definitely I would recommended to this place is to go and buy. I’ve communicated to so far are very friendly. I am very happy that I chose Wood Bridge Alta Nissan.

This was my 3rd time changing my car and I have been to many different dealers to shop around. As soon as I walked into Alta Nissan I felt like I was able to freely look around without any questions. This place isn't accepting any cash deals! Never heard of something so ridiculous. You have to lease or finance your purchase. They are taking advantage of the shortage in inventory. They obviously get a kick back from their bank for each vehicle sale that needs financing.

Update: With the assistance of Tahir, I purchased a vehicle from this location. Tahir was easy to deal with and helped get through the bureaucratic red tape. Thank You Tahir, I'm enjoying my vehicle.

Terrible place ever seen. Scamming in person and changed his word after dealing the car. I wanted to return my infiniti due to really expensive but they want my car for buying out when finished leasing. They would pay me for the extension in order to deal their car until the new car coming but after negotiated, the person name Patrik changed his word that didn't say to make payment for my extension and also they charged me 3 months even though I returned my car and got a new car from nissan in 2 months. Do not trust this place ever ever again in your life. I got this experience recently and they were talking unparrelled scamming. Before negotiation, ALWAYS record their voice or making documentation in order to use as evidence.

Be careful from this location as they will try to scam you and push you into something you don't want, I absolutely DO NOT recommend you deal with this dealership.

I bought a 2018 Nissan rouge from Mina at Alta Nissan Woodbridge. Mina was quite nowlagable about the vehicle but if she didn't know something, she would find out. There were a couple of minor items that needed to be fixed on the final walk-around, but they were quickly taken care of before we left.

Easy and painless buying experience. I met with salesman Anil who was friendly and courteous, he showed me the vehicles I was interested in and answered all my questions. The vehicle I eventually purchased was not in stock, it had to be ordered which the dealership had no problem doing. They never tried to sell me options I didn't want or try to get me to choose a vehicle that was already on the lot. I got the vehicle I wanted with the options I wanted and in the colour I wanted. This is the second new vehicle I have purchased from this dealership, the first car I purchased was quite a few years ago but, the experience was the same, I got the car I wanted even though that car too was not in stock and had to be ordered. I purchased a new 2015 Murano back in Feb 2015. Peter DiDomenico is great to deal with. He is knowledgeable and no nonsense. When Peter got sick, Jamie Patterson the sales manager and Ali Joher stepped in and picked up where Peter left off. The transition to the sale and follow up efforts by Jamie and Ali made me feel like a lot more than just another customer.
I would highly recommend this dealership and especially the people who I dealt with if you have any interest in purchasing a car.

I got a 2018 nissan murano.transmission replace around 40k km.after that keep coming back in this place to fix something.cant drive the car outside toronto for safety.giving problem after another problem.

I've been taking my car back here for servicing for the last 10 years and so far I haven't had any issues. All the staff are courteous and professional; from the service counter reps, front desk, sales reps and even the gentlemen that runs the shuttle service. Close to Hwy-407 so I can drop it off for servicing in the morning, use the shuttle service to get to my office and return to pick up my car in the evening

I have taken my vehicle here once for an oil change and tire rotation. It was simple using the only booking system to get everything sorted (+). Outside from that, a number of times I have tried to get in contact with someone from the service department to ask about their other services only to be rushed off the phone or transfered to voicemail. Are they busy? Sure. But to not provide a response back. (-)

I have purchased 8 vehicles over 20 years not because o particularly like Nissan) they’re good) but mostly because I love and am addicted to the wonderful service and treatment I receive from Gabe and Peter in sales and Sam and Angela in service. Just about 2018 Nissan Pathfinder SV 4×4 back up cam HTD wheel HTD seats SUV the car was good from outside when I asked him to open the hooi I found piece of Junk or Garbage instead of engine. The price $ 26.499

I was dealing with a salesman yesterday over the phone and he was supposed to get back to me with a counter offer on a GTR but he never did. I've sent an email yesterday to follow up on my offer and no one got back to me at all. Their service is unbelievable. Go to another dealership.

Very disappointed from Nissan, they have false information on used car and when i have visited the showroom to see the car it was not the same trim and specs, wasted my time for traveling over 40 km to see the car, this is not just a regular car dealership this is nissan dealer! They should have more accurate information on the website and the autotrader.ca when they post anything

Don't trust their service mechanics, unreliable, takes forever for simple jobs, and they lie. Was supposed to get a tire rotation, then after 2 hours, said the tires were rotated, I marked the front and rear tires and saw that they didn't even touch the wheels.

It was the best of experience getting my car from Alta Nissan at Woodbridge. Ali Joher was very professional and courteous right from our first call to the point of handing over the vehicle. Having done my homework, I was clear of what I want and Ali was quick to understand what my needs from the car were.

We had an understanding on the price range over the call itself and there was no fuss from either side to start negotiating over unreasonable price tags (that some dealers start after having you visited their dealership in person, at times being completely disparate to that advertised by Nissan Canada on their website). Unlike conventional sales personnel at other dealership, Ali went out of the way to customize the deal that worked for me as well as the dealership.

Fair and more importantly, HONEST! Salespeople get a bad rap, especially in the car business but I can say with confidence I’ve never been swindled. I do my homework of course as well, and Ali takes time to listen to my wants and will even tell me to wait and NOT buy if he feels it’s not in my best interest at the time. I didn't even want to consider a new car thinking it was out of my price range BUT (AHMED SALAH) took the time to give me all of my options and reviewing several makes of Cars and was never pushy. I ended up getting a new NISSAN ROUGE 2018 that me and my family loved, he (AHMED SALAH) even took time to make sure I know how everything worked and was set up properly as far as (connecting the Bluetooth, NAV, Cameras, remote start, etc) he has always gone above and beyond to help me find what I was looking for and make a better decision, he was extremely easy to work with.this dealership was top notch and I would definitely recommend.

Recently, I bought a Nissan Sentra from Alta Nissan and Mr. Anil Mehta. Mr. Mehta was very good in explaining the features of the vehicle. He had good knowledge about the vehicle. We actually took some days in finalizing the vehicle, but Mr. Mehta was very cooperative and did not pressurize us. He actually helped us take our time to decide. I have already been with Alta Nissan Woodbridge for over 4 years now. I do oil change and everything else at this location. I would like to give special thanks to Jeffrey Francis who is in Service Dept and he is the best of the best.

This is the third time our family bought cars at Alta Nissan in Woodbridge and the second time we work with Anil Mehta. One thing we would like to say about Anil is professional, but friendly and easy to talk to. He is very detailed person and takes care even small things to deliver the car. Also, we met with manager Francis Luu, very nice person. He explains other things in details and easy to understand. Those make transaction go smoothly and fairly for both sides everytime we come in. The dealer has been around for a while at this location. It is not a big place like other dealers, but nicely setup and I can sense the friendly environment from staff, financing to services.

Bought an altima from Ali back in 2015 (used). Found him to be a no pressure type of a guy. The experience was positive. Because of how pleasant the experience was, when i was looking for my second car i decided to get it from him again. Got a 2018 murano platinum (NEW). Ali is pleasant, friendly and professional. Even after the sale is completed, he is still eager to assist if i have any questions. One of the speakers from my altima stop working. Car was was under extended warranty.they fixed it no hassle. Their service department is just as pleasant and professional. Had a wierd rattling sound coming from the altima. During a routine oil change i mentioned it. They found the problem and fixed it. When i asked how much, Chris i think was his name, said don't worry about it because it only took a minute. Great salespeople, equally good service dept.
