My car went for alignment in one of Mississauga so called mechanic shops 2 weeks ago. Right after I left I noticed car is pulling to the right and steering wheel in not centered. Steering angle sensor and adoptive suspension light came on. I went back and tech blamed tires to be defective. I got Altech contact number from a friend of mine. I dropped my car today for alignment. Not only car is straight, steering wheel is centered but also all dash light went away. I can't stress how thankful I am. I will recommend this shop to anyone I know. Thank you Altech.

Took me 3 weeks to find reliable installer for Truxxx 2" lift kit for 2016 Kia Sorento, as I'm heading to Colorado & West Virginia. Dealers won't install four shops search at Google as per review are over priced. The 8th one is Altech, spoke with Jim & answered my questions & I'm convinced. Price is right. I will update the condition on the install, with no off road just basic overlanding. I'm happy dealing with Jim.

Great work at a great price! I brought my car in for an alignment after putting it on coilovers. He had to do more work than originally anticipated, but came in within his quoted price range, which was close to half of another reputable shop. Pat was fantastic and look forward to going back with my other cars.

First experience at Altech, referred by a friend. Pat was exceptionally helpful. I had just finished a suspension overhaul on my E36 and the guys at Altech got my alignment done quick and easy. Showed up for my appointment and was in and out in under an hour. Extremely well priced as well. Will be back again for sure!

Amazing, completely comfortable going to these guys to have my vehicle's fixed when needed. These guy's aren't like any other mechanics, they only fix what is needed to be fixed and they are very communicative with their clients.

Pat took me in without an appointment even though he was extremely busy and was able to diagnose and fix the car at a very reasonable price.

Took my civic in for a way overdue wheel alignment this morning. Pat and Jim are very friendly, honest mechanics and do their job really well. I was in and out in 45 minutes, and my civic drives like a dream after rolling out of their shop. Very reasonable rates too.

I have no idea why there are 2-3 negative reviews for Altech. This is - hands-down - the best automotive shop in the entire GTA. Even after I moved out of Toronto, I keep coming here. They’re honest, professional, and transparent in everything they do. I’ve tried other shops that are around the corner from my house, but learned my lesson and happily returned to Altech. There’s a reason there are so many five-star reviews - Pat and Jim have earned them.

I had a great experience with getting an alignment with Pat and Jim. Very professional and knew how to deal with modified cars, including my older BMW.

Diagnosed a problem I knew nothing about. Solved a problem that puzzled me for 4 months. Improved my mileage range dramatically.

Every time I go there I usually deal with Pat or Jim. Both treat me very well and know how to show customer service. Not to mention, whenever I go there my car is always done right. I highly recommend them!

I came for a wheel alignment and the owner, Pat, went above and beyond to align my vehicle to the specs I wanted. He takes pride in his work and is more than happy to try more than once to properly align the vehicle. For the price you pay you really can't beat the service.

Jim quoted me a price of $20 bucks for a nut to hold a dangling sway bar. Twenty bucks for a nut! While other mechanics offered to put it on for free. It seems like if they can take advantage of you, they probably will.

Best alignement place for all cars but especially for higher end cars such as BMW, Mercedes, Audi, Porsche, Alpha Romeo and etc.
They have it down with their especialty tools.

Brought my 05 RSX in after swapping the suspension myself and mess up my alignment horribly. The team help me with a seized tie-rod + an alignment, all for $140. You can’t say many shop will do that and charge you an honest price.

They also inform me what was wrong and need to replace in order to get the perfect alignment and be safer on the road. Very honest and helpful. Will go back again once I need another alignment

Came here for an alignment per recommendations from others. Service was fast, professional, and honest. Reasonably priced as well. Highly recommend Altech/Pat for anyone looking to get their car maintained.

Note that this is a late post. This happened in September 2020 and came up recently so I decided to add a review. My husband and I made an appointment for wheel alignment and went there but he had to leave for work. He had discussed everything with them. I agree with the other reviews that said they didn’t respect appointment times because it took more than 1.5 hours for them to take in the car. But what I was most disappointed about was that they charged $130 (price they mentioned on the phone was $70) because of a seized bolt and then when driving after, we realized the steering wheel wasn’t straight. We called them and they asked us to come in again but we got it done at a different place because again, we didn’t want to wait for 1.5 hours.

I brought my 135i in for Pat to do an alignment. His attention to detail, and professionalism is next to none. He takes the time to dial in the perfect alignment for whatever your needs are whether it's a daily or you want a track setup. Good things take time and so does a properly setup alignment on a lowered car, go in there with patience. Ignore the negative reviews.

They are professionals.
I had my alignement done a few times in the past but it seems nothing was done.
How do I know? The technician at the shop showed how the bolts were untouched and accumulated so much rust over the years.
Secondly, my car drives much better too.

They will always give you an estimate and options what is available based on your budget and priority on getting things fixed before cost gets astronomical. Plus they don't low ball you or take advantage of your limited knowledge of automotive upkeep. Being a woman that is always a big deal to me because some I went to would take advantage and charge me so much or fix other things that was not even an issue at the time. The owner of Altech and his staff are very efficient and professional. I was recommended by guy friends about them. Plus they are always on time and close by.

I am very happy with the work these guys do. In the past I've had to wait a long time for my car, never with these guys. If they're busy you make an appointment, and they're on time and deliver when they say. Their pricing is fair too.professional and honest. I like them.

Went for wheel alignment after reading positive reviews from as far back as 2008 lol. It was fast and I got a print out at the end with the specs and adjustments made to my vehicle. I called ahead of time before I went and was done in less than an hour once I got there. I'll definitely be bringing my van there as well.

I brought my 1980 toyota corolla ke70 here for an alignment. Very friendly staff, fair prices and knowledgeable in what they do. I will definitely bring my other toys by in the future for Alignments.

Great Team there! We followed George, our mechanic, there when his first garage closed and he needed a new bay. Everyone is great there - honest and don't oversell. Jim's brother does great body work and his shop is located around the corner.

Thieves! Over charged for alignment more than double what was listed without telling me first and did work on my car that I didnt even request then charged me for it! Stay away from this place they will take advantage of you first chance they get if they feel like they can.

My car needed its wheels aligned. The team got to work shortly after my appointment time, and once completed, explained exactly what was done and why it needed to be done. The whole process took about an hour. Would highly recommend too anyone

Guys have taken care of my multiple vehicles consistently at a fraction the cost of dealerships. Also like supporting owner operators. No one perfect but found tobe trust worthy!

Jim and Pat do excellent work on My car and my Dads. They put top quality oil in (Castrol) and always tell you WHAT actually needs to be done on your car, opposed to other shops that just want to Rip you off.

Quick & professional. Went in for a need of alignment, came out with straight wheels. Can't ask for anything more.

These guys are fantastic with their alignments. They can handle any expensive or exotic with ease. Pat is a champ, and knows exactly what he is doing. My alignment is perfect now, with no steering wheel off center issues.

Had appointment at 4.30, waited 2 hours before they start working, both rear tires are eaten on inside edge after approx. 25000 km, I was told by JIM that this is normal to happen (NO, NO NOT FOR ME), Got charged again for alignment for the job they did and was suppose to be warranty and on top I have to buy new tires as of their FAULT,

I have alignment done here, they charged extra because some of my tie rods are seized, the mechanic here are very honest, as I’m already aware of my tie rods before coming.

Took my truck in to get aligned on short notice. They were able to get it done in short order. Would recommend.

Great place to get your alignment done for lowered cars. I got rejected by so many places around my area because my car was dropped. I finally found this place and came here for the first time. I had a great experience dealing with Altech.

This is my go-to place for alignment. Pat takes extra care of your car/wheels. He gives you a printout of the alignment specs (before and after alignment).

I've been meaning to write this review for a long time, but school has held me back and I always like to make sure I stand by what I say. However, I believe it is now safe for me to give my opinion. As cheesy and fake as it sounds, I've never had a bad experience bringing in my car to Altech; granted having your car break is a bad experience, but that event aside. Pat and the boys really know how to run a good, honest and trustworthy shop. My car is a 2009 Subaru Legacy and I am the type of owner that hardly ever trusts shops and prefers to do the work themselves even if it kills me, however time and time again Altech has my back. I've had my alignment, wheel bearing/hub assembly and left control arm replaced/fixed last year and its been trouble free. As a university student that accounts for every dollar spent, its nice to know I can get an honest price and reliable work without worrying about hidden costs and repairs when the phone rings. Rest assured that if you bring your car here, you'll get affordable, honest and reliable service. So give them a shot and bring your vehicle here, but don't be surprised if you have to wait a little for their quality work.
