Stumbled upon this small shop on google which was close to home and definitely making Jen my go to! She shortened my bridesmaids gown in less than a week and she was super sweet.
The seams look flawless as if I purchased it from the store.
Very affordable. Almost went to the seamstress at the mall who quotes prices that cost more than the dress itself.
She’s also very quick on text!

Jen is AMAZING and QUICK! She hemmed my GAP LOVESHACK FANCY JEANS bc I couldn't get them in PETITE. Great job and I will definitely go back for all further alterations.

Jen did a fantastic job altering my bridesmaid's dress! And quickly too-shortened the hem and lifted the shoulders in less than a week (and for a very reasonable price). She was super polite and straightforward. Would definitely come back:)

Initially, I contacted a vendor that had performed service for me in the past, with which I was satisfied. I had an unusual request: I wanted zippers on the front pockets of a pair of men's dress pants. The woman told me she could not do it; she said it would be too expensive. I asked who could do the job. She suggested "a tailor".
I did a search on maps and found Jen. I went to see her and explained what I wanted. Within 30 seconds, she located two zippers of appropriate length. She saved me significant time by efficiently attaching the zippers while I waited (I had expected to wait at least a few days and come back). The cost: an eminently inexpensive $14.
The calibre of customer service I received from Jen is rare in Toronto. Her interpersonal skills are excellent. She is a woman of high character. She is friendly. She expressed appreciation for my patronage of her service. It is an honour to be in the company of such a businessperson. She handled the interaction perfectly not only in person, but also over the telephone when I inquired about the service.
This is a high-class, high competence individual with excellent knowledge of her industry. She is a very special person. I am going to need additional alterations, and Jen will be doing them.

Altered my garment wrong When the lady was fitting me, she also wasn’t taking note of the measurements so there may have been a mistake made, because I specified that the sleeves should reach my elbow (which is very objective) but it ended up being 3 inches short. The length at the torso too is way too short. The lady is somewhat nice and the price is affordable so I gave 2 stars still.

My dress was wonky and lopsided at the top. I honestly didn't know how to fix it but she was very professional and kew exactly how to help me and I now I love my dress and how I look in it. Words cannot explain how satisfied I am with the service.
