I had a great experience getting my bridesmaid dress altered here! Fair pricing, great turnaround, and very communicative. She was very accommodating and helpful when I was going back and forth a bit on deciding what I needed completed. Highly recommend!

Called late in the day.we needed 4 pants hemed take with us to hospital admission, 2days away. The lady said can you come right over. She had them done very well in less than an hour. Very reasonable too. Excellent result.

Great experience overall. She repaired two vintage jackets and hemmed a pair of pants. Efficient and professionally done. Support a local business instead of Stitch It or whatever in the mall.

I brought in a dress that my husband had bought me. I wanted the neckline changed and the dress slightly shortened. The dress turned out exactly as I imagined it, making it one of my favourite staple pieces. The dress was even done super quick considering it was mid prom/wedding season. I highly recommend getting alterations done here.

She ruined my dress, put holes in it, and then still charged me for it. If you can't do a job, tell your customer up front so they can go somewhere else.

They started the project i had left them for two weeks till the morning i wanted to pick it up, so they were late for the event i wanted to wear it too, and the craftsmanship was so bad and looked so rushed, i would be embarrassed to wear it outside let alone to any events.now i have to go buy all the materials again and take them somewhere else.there goes over $100 worth of materials.going to go back and see if i can get somewhat of a refund.tho i doubt they will give me one.also you cant leave less then 1 star for a review or i would

Great price, yes, but you get what you pay for. I wanted a replacement zipper for a CK jacket and she ended up putting a (too short) huge plastic zipper on it, making an otherwise sophisticated jacket look like a child’s rain coat. Not to mention that the jacket zipper was uneven, causing one side of the zipper to come down further than the other. Very disappointing. I will never bring anything here again. I told her to keep the zipper as close to the original as possible and she did the furthest from that.
