Very professional, warm and knowledgeable service. Complete and detailed dental evaluation with all RXs and dental cleaning. Started amazing by helping me to made easy direct payment from the extended health insurance, I looked in many other places, and just don’t do it. Highly recommended.

Super centre dentaire. Très satisfaite du service de la part de l’accueil, de l’hygiéniste et du dentiste. Ils sont tous à l’écoute et soigneux.

Ils expliquent également au préalable toute procédure à effectuer ainsi que son prix et sa couverture en assurance. Étant nouvelle arrivante, cette dernière étape m’est très à cœur.

Never making an appointment here again. I went here years ago and it was average but close to home so looked at it again. I fell for the comments and reviews but seems like covid might have had a staffing change over the years. I highly advise you look for other facilities and avoid this dental office. Very unprofessional and inaccurate with their billing. Facility red flagged on Sunlife insurance.

The front staff are very pleasant and Dr. Mina, Hygienist and dental assistant are very friendly. They explain each procedure very clearly and take consent before proceeding with the treatment.
I requested to check my coverage and they provided insurance pre-determinations to ensure treatment is covered.

Friendly, fast and highly professional. A shame their billing practices have been changed so that those with dental plans now have to pay the full price up front rather than just the deductible.

One tooth was chipped and a piece of filling was broken off at the same time. I attended to the dental office and the chip and filling were repaired within 40 minutes.

Altima’s level of service it’s top notch, front desk it’s always really nice and friendly, over the phone as well. Milly is the best! She’ll make sure that your experience in Altima it’s always a good one! Dr Daniela and Jorge take really good care of their patients and make sure you’re comfortable as well as explaining to you how to take care of your health, they’re super friendly too! My family of 5 has come to this place for 10 years (y hablan español!)
We have done from cleaning, all the way up to root canals, whitening, invisalign, periodontal care, cavities, etc. You name it, we have done it all. Everybody is very friendly. I have seen staff speaks different languages, but 2 people at reception, one higenist and one dentist speak Spanish so it is a great place for all of us. We will continue to happily use their services for many years to come!

I felt comfortable with all the COViD protocols that they follow at the office. The ladies at the front desk are very helpful and i had a great dental service.

Honestly, I can say that was the best experience that I ever have in a dentist office so far. Dr Daniela did a great job and she thoroughly examined my teeth and explain every single problem that I had and she managed to work based on my budget which is really precious. I did my Scaling with Tunde (Dental Hygienist) and I am so happy with her work. She is very patient and professional in her job. The front desk ladies are very nice and they helped me with my dental insurance work which was out of my imaginations. Thanks to everyone in Altima Dental Center. I will be there again soon.

I have been coming to this clinic for couple of years, and it's always a good experience as George is my hygienist.

The tooth in question was a wisdom tooth and given its position Dr. Tayafi did an amazing job. She filled the tooth rather than just extracting it.and most importantly was very gentle. I highly recommend her

Me and my wife have been coming here for 5-6 years, and it's always been top notch service. Dr. Daniela and Jorge have fantastic care for their patients and really make every visit a great experience! We still come here even after moving all the way to Scarborough!

Charged me upwards of $200 to tell me my pain was caused by wisdom teeth. Got a second opinion and learned I need a root canal. It's been 2 years and my wisdom teeth are still there with no pain - almost did an unnecessary costly procedure without relieving the root (lol) of the problem.

Dr. Daniela Affaqui is an excellent dentist. My experience is that she is thorough, compassionate, cost conscious, and most importantly, recommends what is in the patient's best interest. Dr. Daniela’s professionalism, expertise and state-of-the-art practises provide comfort that your oral health is in great hands. She also has a friendly demeanour, which is much appreciated.

In general, I don't really like to go to the dentist but yesterday, I went to Altima Bayview Village Dental Centre for the first time and my dentist was Daniela Affaqui. She treats her patients with great kindness and professionalism. Definitely, she is the best dentist Toronto has. Also, the rest of team was really helpful and super nice. Thank you very much.

Alta Bayview village and all the doctors working there are professional, friendly and working harder to give the US the better treatment we really need it
