Dr. Panteli did a fantastic job with my 3 fillings. They were quick, painless, and done perfectly. I was in and out in about 20 minutes!

Altima is a great dental office and i have been going there since I was little. Dr. Panteli & Dr Rykiss are great dentist to work with. Staff are all very helpful in arranging all my appt.

I have been a patient of theirs for 10 years now and I’ve never had a bad experience. My dentist and hygienist are always very friendly and I hope to have a continued relationship with them.

Of course doctors will stick up for each-other and comment. How does this practice allow a doctor of all people to yell at a patient infront of his coworkers? I personally would never let Ted Pantelli near me or my family again. Recommend another DR in this practice!

Dr Panteli and all the staff I met were all very friendly, courteous and professional. I highly recommend here! I will keep going back for the best dental services.

Back to the dental clinic for the quarterly check up. Ruby did an excellent cleaning & Jim (Dr Hyland) gave me a clean bill of health.
We were backed up at another appointment, called the office & Nancy was able to juggle timing to enable our needs.
They sure make it easy to get checked out. Once again a very positive experience.

Pros: Conveniently located within Cedarbrae Mall, clean place, every staff I have interacted with is friendly

My husband and I dentist Dr Rosen, moved from Golfdale Dental to Altma, I called to book appt with him for full exam and cleaning as it has been years my husband and I went to see him, I was told a different Doctor (Dr Hyland) is available sooner, I booked and went in on Wednesday, December 21,2022.
One the phone I was communicated, My time slot is 5pm and my husband 4pm. Few days before my appointment I got a call asking if they can move my appointment from 5pm to 3pm because Dentist has to leave early they never said anything about my husbands 4pm.
I got to my appt at 3pm they said both my husband and I was scheduled for 3pm. They said Dentist's wife birthday he has to leave early so I cant get full exams, I can get cleaning, they did partial exams, and partial cleaning (one half of my mouth) and my husband got full exam and has to come back for cleaning. They BIILED/CHARGED my insurance company and myself full price as if they performed full whole mouth cleaning

My hygienist told me that because I have "build up" and at second cleaning she said because I have not seen Dentist in a long time they cant do full mouth cleaning at one appointment, however they still charge full cleaning regardless it was partial cleaning.my husband's hygienist told him that because some people experience discomfort so they do partial cleaning per appointment, It is like they have different reasons to justify partial cleaning but charging for full cleaning
I am second appointment in and I am yet to get full exam something that was to be done first appointment. They say it will be done third appointment. Also instead of every 6 months they expect you to come every 4 months

Time consuming and costly I might I have to find a different dental clinic and dentist for my family and I unfortunately

Saw.dr Rosen today and his wonderful assistant Bebe had a wonderful visit, Dr Rosen made my visit as usual light and awesome as usual, known him and his staff from Golfdale!

Kerry and Dr. Hyland are an amazing team. They are the only dental professionals that I will let look at my teeth as I've had a lot of bad experiences with various dental professionals over my lifetime. I trust them, they take care of me and they really understand their patients' needs. Thank you for restoring my trust in the dental profession again.

This is to advise all new and existing clients, this location discriminates against ODSP clients. They have decided since you’re “unemployable” you can only get an appointment, Monday to Friday, between 8: 30 am to 3: 00 pm.

The stafff is so niceeee and just awesome I would highly recommend going there for any kind treatment. I got my braces their.

I used visit the office since high school grade 10 but the doctors changed. I had bad experience since I wore braise for 5 years I got cavities when I took the brases off and they just told me you need a crowns. I payed for three crows and when the crown was done I was checking if he have done the great job. I touch the crown and it was moving. Then I booked the appoiment again and told them my crowing is about to come out I feel it. Can you glue it proper. They didn't do it. After few days my crowns came out. I went back to them and told them crown came out. They offered me other project to be done on my teeth they were asking for more money. I advise people Just be careful when you pay for the crown. Make sure it done proper. I just change the dentist they told me they should have put the crown hard and another crown is still moving and its shouldn't be moving like this. It will come out soon.

Anna has been my Hygienist for the last 8 years or so. She's one of the best Hygienist I've had. I will not go to anyone else. Everyone in that office is very friendly and courteous.
