Altima Dundas Square Dental Centre did an awesome job on my teeth by taking care my teeth gently. They did a good job.

The staff are friendly and accommodating. Dr. Boa Vo takes time to review x-rays and confirms i understand with layman terms of the dental industry as they apply to my individual situation.

The electronic reminders are very useful but nonintrusive.
The high-tech x-ray and viewing system is extremely impressive but not intimidating.

The assistance with insurance billing processes helped me as a newer client maneuver through the layers of imposing rules.

The front office staffs are friendly and welcoming. The hygienist are great! But the only thing I must say is that Dr. Bao needs to be less judgemental. I took my child in for cleaning and he came to check on her teeth, she has a cavity and without asking any questions he tells me “You need to do a better job of taking care of your daughter. ” How rude and this is not the first time he has said something like that. I don’t appreciate comments like that, it is unnecessary! As a dentist you know there are different factors that can lead to a child having cavities it doesn’t necessarily mean that I am not brushing my child’s teeth.

I usually never leave reviews, but due to the treatment I’ve been getting lately I feel the need to. If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. The customer service has been absolutely awful. The workers have been so incredibly rude and disrespectful towards me on phone call and in person. I keep getting random calls about appointments that I never knew about because they never first notify me. They then proceed to get upset with me when I am unaware even though my already pre-booked appointments randomly get cancelled or changed without my knowing. They expect me to be okay with it and get even more upset with me when I’m not. During phone calls, even people around me are surprised with how rude and aggressive the people are when talking to me. The people here clearly need to do much better before they lose a customer.

Dr. Bao is the man.have had numerous procedures/surgeries done and never feel pain during. They've also helped get my insurance to approve an implant when they initially declined approval, that saved me >$, 2500. Would highly recommend.

I went to get a tooth, pulled by Dr. Bao and he sent me home with bone showing on my upper jaw where he pulled the tooth I went back to explain. It was in a lot of pain and it was getting worse. He told me that he didn’t have to explain anything and to go home and take more Tylenol for a month he never even took the time to look inside my mouth and told me not to go anywhere else that is a red flag in my book mu husband called a different dentist to get me in i had dry socket and an infection in my mouth from the bone exposed he fixed my dry socket and file the bone and covered it I got charged $375 from the other dentist to fix it what I’m thankful for. I am no longer in any pain. And it’s only been a day and a bit I took my bill to Dr.bao office and they have every excuse in the book not to pay will not be going back to this dentist not a good experience

This is an overdue review! I needed to get my wisdom tooth extracted to be able to treat a cavity. The manager, Fairy, was extremely accommodating in helping me book my appointment due to my time constraint around Christmas. I was very anxious about the procedure and Dr. Khimani took his time to explain what to expect during and after the procedure. The procedure itself was very quick and I felt next to no pain during the extraction. I was later able to get that cavity removed in time before it could spread. Getting tooth extractions are no fun and thank you to these guys for making the experience as pleasant as possible!

I’ve been going here for a couple years now. Today I met with Sang for a cleaning and she was the best. Very caring, gentle and understanding. She showed me the importance of oral hygiene and definitely why I need to start flossing more. She’s the best!

I have been a paciente of this Clinick for 30 years. The staff is friendly and very helpful. Dr Bao Vo is patient and knowledgeable. I had 2 beautiful crowns done and they are wonderful Great job!

I came here for Teeth Whitening and it was the best experience I could ask for with it being my first time. Fairy did the procedure and she explained every step to me throughout the whole process. She also kept checking to make sure it was causing any pain and made sure I was happy with the colour. She also gave me some products to help with the sensitivity and some home care products. All in all it was a great entry to teeth whitening I would highly recommend this office. All of the staff were very nice and a pleasure to talk to.

I broke a tooth Saturday night. Was able to get early appointments to get the matter resolved Monday and Tuesday.

Dr Baker is the best. My son has been his patient for 15 years, since he was 4. The entire staff is kind and very helpful.

Our whole family have been going there for years now, i always feel welcomed and they are very good in sending reminders for the appointments.i love their flexible schedules.a good team of professionals! I recommend them to everyone.

Awesome experience! Had a chipped tooth fixed and you can't tell that anything was ever wrong. Highly recommend that you visit this Altima location if you're looking for a great Dentist. Doctor Astrid and Doctor Baker are top-notch. The whole team is phenomenal.

The ladies working the front desk are highly fast and efficient and always make you feel important & Dr. Sheldon (Shelly) baker and his new assistant are simply the "The Dynamic Duo.his work is extremely gentle. I even nodded off a few times while he works and in no time makes you feel like a friend and not just another number. Hats off to Altima Dental.

I have had my second visit with Dr. Bao. I do have to have numerous appts and he is very understanding of my issues and had my first 2 teeth removed. He was very gentle (I am so afraid of needles) and I must admit that I did not feel any pain but a small twinge. While removing the 2 teeth, I did not feel anything. He was very gentle and talked me through it all the way. I just wish I had gone to him sooner! Thank you Dr. Bao.
