Altima Erin Mills Dental Centre

My experience at Erin Mills Denltal Clinic have been amazing, I met this young and hot Dr Yara, she's so sweet and caring. It's good when you into a place and you feel peace in your heart, that's how I felt with Dr Yara. She made sure that I was okay the entire time. I would refer anyone who's planning to see a dentist soon. This is the place to go.

Only bad experiences with this place, they cant do root canals, they cant freeze your mouth properly, apparently they cant pull teeth either, its basically a dental hygiene office, its a nice place if you only want a hygienist or wait 2 months for a specialist, every time I go they refer me somewhere else

They don't mind charging you for services you're not covered for. They charged me for flouride, but I knew enough to complain to the secretary and the charge was removed. I wasn't even warned by the hygienist that I would be charged.

My teenage son was charged for flouride and polishing, but unfortunately, did not know enough to complain, paid and left. He wasn't told he was going to be charged until AFTER the procedure, not before.

I called, complained and have taken my business elsewhere
