Warm and welcoming and very good care was taken while in the dentist chair. Looking forward to my next visit. The lovely music and visual was a nice touch.

I was greeted promptly at my appointment time, no delay, staff was very courteous and took time to explain what they were doing, it was much appreciated.

Dr. Badii is a very knowledgeable and caring Doctor. He and his assistant were very gentle during my procedure.
He listens to my concerns and lets me know what all my options are regarding teeth.

Comfortable while on the chair. I personally was not a big fan of going to a dentist office due to a previous bad experiences at another dental office. But coming here not only I got all my work done but I really felt comfortable having Dr. Badii work on my teeth. Front desk staff are very nice and professional and on top of your appointment making sure it’s not missed with their friendly reminders. Overall I am extremely happy I was referred to Altima Dental office.

I never liked going to the dentists before Dr. Yang. She is very kind and very accommodating. My teeth are very sensitive to air and cold water so she takes the time to clean my teeth manually without or even with warm water! Never met a Dr that actually cares about their patients like this. She definitely deserves a raise!

The overall experience was good the receptionist was courteous and pleasant. I felt the dentist listened and provided the necessary information and solutions. I'm a satisfied customer.

Giving 3 stars because their administrations at the desk often makes mistakes. I would have to call them often to fix things.other than that no issue with the dentist/hygienist.

Everyone at Markville's Altima Dental is so friendly and helpful. From the office staff at reception to the dental hygienists and the dentists. Our current dental hygienist is Mikaela is so friendly, courteous and personable. She makes the time pass by so quickly. My wife and I both adore her! Dr. Michelle Hone has been my primary dentist for many years now. Dr. Hone is a very caring and thoughtful dentist, always looking out for what is best for the client. She always takes time to explain everything (good and bad) and the options that are available. She's never rushes to fix something before it needs to be done and often plays a "wait and see" to see if a situation gets worse before it requires attention. On my most recent visit to have a cavity refilled and a crown replaced, the freezing/needle process was the most painless and least uncomfortable I'd ever experienced! Thanks Dr. Hone. I highly recommend making Markville Altima Dental Centre your place for all your dental needs. R. D.

I love having my teeth cleaned but I absolutely hate the water pic! Makela understands and do it manually. I appreciate her working with me to ensure I keep my teeth and gums healthy. The staff's are kids friendly and did a very good job making kids very welcome and comfortable.

I have been coming here for a few years now. The staff are friendly starting from the beginning of the office with the receptionist and all the way to the hygienists and doctors.

When you talk about great care and professional service - this is the place to be. Mikaela brings a whole new level of sparkle to cleaning teeth - and thorough doesn't even begin to describe Dr Badii's approach to taking care of your teeth.wow! An absoulte pleasure to have them both taking care of my oral health. Oh and yes, no hesitation to go there in these pandemic times.they've got very strict protocols in place.thanks to everyone at Altima Markville for all you do.so appreciate you all!

The office is very clean and very friendly. They have all covid restrictions set up and are very clear about keeping you safe while in there care. My family has been going there for many years and highly recommend this dental facility. They even have a great orthodontist in there so you can do it all here.

Mary-Lou is simply the best! Very quick and efficient felt my teeth actually having more room to breath that's how clean she made them. No pain, no fuss, courteous and professional and a joy to talk to! Dr Badii is as well the best dentist I've ever gone to in Ontario! Very fair with pricing and very good at his work! You can tell he likes what he does and puts dedication into every one of his patients!

Best dentist office I have ever been to. Extremely clean, courteous staff, great dentist who are compassionate and caring.

The staffs are pleasant. Mikayla is THE BEST hygienist, she is gentle, detail oriented, and cares about her patients. She is the only reason my husband and I go to this clinic.
