Dr. Sinclair is professional, knowledgeable and very kind. I will certainly be bringing the rest of my family to her from here on out. Also, my work is nearby which makes it very convenient.

This clinic is amazing! All of the staff were incredibly kind and professional. Dr. Sinclair was amazing. She was punctual, but our appointment never felt rushed. She was thoughtful in her approach and still listened to my concerns with care. I have very sensitive teeth and Dr. Sinclair was unbelievably gentle. By far the best dental experience I’ve ever had and the downtown location really can’t be beat!

My recent check-up appointment followed by X-rays and a cleaning procedure at Altima Scotia Plaza was a breeze! I found the dental team to be professional, friendly and caring. Dr. Sinclair took the time to explain each step of the process for my imaging and X-rays, and the cleaning procedure with my hygenist Deniz was quick and painless, and my teeth felt so good. Highly recommend - 10/10!

I'd had a horrible experience when i tried out a new dentist, who ended up cracking a tooth and giving me a lot of pain and TMJ for about a month before I was referred to Dr Sinclair. From the beginning, in my interaction with the reception team over email, phone and when i entered the office - was exemplary. They were so kind, so friendly, so supportive. Dr Sinclair and the nurses were all extremely kind, gentle with my painful mouth, going so far as to hold my hand when i was in pain. I got referred to Dr Cherkis for a root canal, and he was the nicest dentist i've had for some time now - in dealing with my anxiety and pain, he was gentle and caring. They even got me an apple juice to ensure i didnt' faint:). The root canal completely relieved all my pain! I couldn't be happier with this team and have already referred them to my family and friends looking for a dentist. Thank you for going above and beyond in supporting my dental recovery!

The worst doctor, I just came back from another dentist. He told me whoever did your previous teeth should go to jail. I had 4 very deep cavity fillings that where not necessary at all, One of the teeth was drilled over 60% just to make space for another cavity, without need at all. Over three years period Every time I go they used to tell me I need cavity filling. I was 17 -21 I thought that was normal to need filling every year. Since I left them I never had a cavity. And every dentist I see tells me who the hell did your previous fillings.

In summary, they are doctors with no soul, only care about maxing your insurance claim. First question I was asked is how much does your insurance pay.

Thieves, Thieves, Thieves.

I hope you and your whole team bankrupt. Zero regulation on these profit hungry entrepreneurs.

My visit was very pleasant, I was treated with professionalism and COVID protocol were being followed.

This was my best dental experience since childhood. I have had chronic staining on my front teeth for years… my hygienist got it off right away and it still hasn’t come back. Dr. Sinclair spent more time with me than any dentist I’ve seen in Toronto and came up with some unique things to try for the staining if it comes back. The admin staff and everyone I interacted with were kind and accommodating. 10/10 experience on every front and very conveniently located!

When I started going to this office about ten years ago I was pretty on-edge dental patient. But luckily I got Farzana as my hygienist, and she has been amazing ever since. She actually makes my appointments a pleasant experience (which previously I didn't think was possible previously)! I even upped my cleanings from thee times a year to four times a year because of how smooth she makes the experience. I hope she never leaves this office, but if she does I am following her wherever she goes.

I have been coming to Scotia Plaza for about 4-5 years. My experience at Altima has been nothing but wonderful every time. The minute I walk in I’m always greeted with a big smile from Teresa & Manar. They’re such nice lady’s that help with booking/rescheduling appointments and always answer my emails. They also help with break downs and making sure I’m always covered. Dr. Louafi & Deniz (assistant) are a great pair they both always make me feel like I’m just laying down at home. Deniz my hygienist is honestly the nicest lady I have met. She’s so caring at my teeth cleaning and a great person to chat to. Thank you all for always giving me such a great experience. I’m grateful that my teeth & gums are being taken care of from this office. Thank you all!

From the reception to the actual appointment, everything was perfect.

I hate dental pain but I love my dentist.
Dr. Louafi will fix it and hygienist Denniz Kapllani will make it all clean.
Modern dentistry is a complex, technical field and these people are very good at it. That gets them 4 stars. The 5th star is for being nice to each other and caring about their patients.
The longer I go here the lower my dental stress reaction gets.

I’ve been going to Altima for years now, and their dental service has been nothing short of impeccable. I’ve also had cleanings performed by several members of their staff, but found myself coming back to Farzana, because her technique is unmatched. If you want a hygienist that can deal with any situation, look no further as Farzana is a seasoned veteran.

I am writing to tell you how much I LOVE Dr. Louafi and Deniz Kapllani. They are both the most welcoming people and always make me feel not so nervous when I come to see them. I always feel great after seeing both of them and I hope they never leave this dental office. Denise is also amazing at what she does. Never do I feel any pain when she is working on my teeth. All I can say is both these ladies are totally amazing at what they do.

When I came to Altima dental for the first time after my previous dentist refused to treat me anymore due to my anxiety and gag reflex problems. I had a bunch of cavities, decay and the big chip in my tooth and was very embarrassed about them. I was terrified but Dr Louafi was so patient calm and gentle I now have a smile I love showing off - and dental appointments are now completely anxiety and stress free. If your looking for a dentist I highly recommend.

Always professional and friendly, especially during difficult times due to the ongoing virus. The staff is fully stocked with PPE and they have done a great job making the appointments easy and always on time.

Wonderful location and helpful staff. There is even an assignment billing option where you only pay the difference. My GP and my hygienist are knowledgeable and amazing at what they do. Always greeted with a smile. They never are condescending about my oral health. Never scared to admit I don't floss everyday and that says a lot!

Altima Dental offers outstanding service and makes every visit a calm and relaxed experience. The team is compassionate, friendly and most importantly knowledgeable and professional. I’ve been a patient for 7 years and have never once left unhappy. Dr. Louafi is an excellent dentist who is patient and kind and I see Denise for my cleanings. Despite my sensitive teeth, Denise manages to do the cleaning gently, yet thoroughly. Highly recommended clinic!
