This has truly been the worst recruiting experience I have been through in the last 8 years of being in the workforce. I am not sure why it is so difficult for anyone at Altis to keep me updated with the interview I have done last week; I can barely reach anyone by call, text, or email. I keep getting unclear information and changing dates. The interview I have done was also the most unprofessional thing I have ever been through in Canada; I am not sure how the manager at the company I interviewed for is in a manager position in the first place as she was not able to conduct a basic interview, I was asked no questions related to an interview, the company, or any skills or requirements for the position. Natasha, Aira, and Harmit working with the company are unprofessional and do not help.

Catherine and Ciara are the best. They are very professional and helpful. Catherine walked me through every step of the interview and I got an offer within 2 weeks. It was such a pleasure to not only work with these amazing women but build a long term connection with them. Highly recommended.:)

Altis is easy to work with and I would recommend them.
