Alto Shipping Ltd

Sent two barrels to Portugal 5 months ago and they haven't arrived yet. When I call to complain they say is going to arrive in the next week. It's been another month and nothing yet. I don't recomend this company!

We had a container shipped from Canada to Portugal 5 months ago and it still has not arrived. We did not receive any communication regarding boat number it traveled on, order number or what port it would be dropped off at.there is also no email contact in the website. Communication and service processes are terrible.

Good service to date. I would recommend one thing: Alto Shipping must provide better customer service; that is, a faster response to customer concerns, i.e, return calls, emails, etc. Very difficult (at times) to reach someone at the business. Nevertheless, the service has been very good, helpful and polite.

After 30 years this year has been 3 months and STILL NO BARRIL! I call various times no answers or no response to e.mail BAD!

We use their shopping services every year and have never been disappointed.
