I was recommended this program for my ongoing concussion symptoms. From my first appointment to now my last, I had such an amazing experience. Everyone is friendly and helpful, they really listen and care. I had not experience this in the last clinic I was in. Altum Health has changed my life and gave me a more positive outlook for my concussion syptoms and how to manage and cope. I highly recommend this place. The staff are the highlight and their knowledge and ability to support clients is remarkable.

Prior to coming to Altum Health Mississauga, I had limited functioning and strength in my hand following a injury, having plateaued in my prior therapy location. The staff were all pleasant, engaging and encouraging. Special thanks to Betty and Monica for their exceptional care. They were fully committed to encouraging and challenging me to excel. Awesome experience after total knee replacement surgery! Sonya is always helpful, understanding and ready to give explanations for the "Why" which I find tremendously helpful! This place is the best and has the nicest facility for exercising (a beautiful glassed-in atrium) I've ever seen!

Amazing team and health professionals! They are really supportive and adaptive and they will definitely put their best efforts forward in order to help you. I came into the program with low hopes after tearing my ACL and meniscus but the team kept me determined and allowed me to remain focused on my rehabilitation. I would definitely recommend for anyone looking to recover properly after any injury!

Been getting physio at Altum near square 1 in Mississauga for 6 months now.

The staff are fantastic especially Debbie, Berverly, Adam and Nora.

My therapy continues and doing well.

I got a massage done today by Beverley, the RMT at this location. I went in just for a relaxing massage, as I usually do at any spa or health centre I go to, but I got so much more than just a massage. I got an assessment of my physical health and some areas for me to work on for our next visit. I don't usually commit to one location for my massage therapy, but I can see myself coming back again and again for the wonderful service I got from Beverley today!

I would like to highly recommend this facility. I had ACL surgery in Dec 2019, and was treated very well by all staff starting from check in at reception to all the physiotherapist. A special thank you to Anna and Brittany for getting me back on my feet. All the encouragement and rehabilitation programs they created really helped. Much appreciated.

I had a very positive experiance at Altum Health. Each individual that was involved in my therapy was very knowledgeable and great in their expertise. I'd like to thank Alexia, Raghad Monica and Longman'mills for all their help in getting me back to work and helping me heal physically and emotionally. Keep up the good work.

I was treated by Nicole Rodrigues for 6 months for rotator cuff surgery rehab. Nicole was excellent and inspired confidence in her treatments and exercise plan every week. I was very well cared for and listened to by her. My rehab went very well under her guidance.

I would highly recommand the clinic. I had a concussion and their program of 8 weeks helped alot to deal with my symptoms and improve them.

The whole Altum Health team are wonderful. They worked on my meniscus tear in my right knee post surgery. Raghad is very professional, attentive, informative and most importantly welcoming. Both her and Brittany have made the process more enjoyable with their friendly and positive demeanor.

I had my knee surgery in the beginning of February and I have already noticed significant improvement in mobility 4 months later, and I still am, in addition to getting stronger every week due to exercises directed from this centre.

Not sure if my therapy works the way it is, but it makes no sense for me.
One time which is my 3rd day/session, I went in, front desk stated “you can go in now and start ur therapy. ” Grabbed my folder and equipments, and starts my therapy by myself.
Did about 40 minutes, done my therapy-all by myself the whole time. Didn’t even see or talk the OT who assigned me.

Had a great experience here, from the doctors to the entire staff. State of the art equipment and rehabilitation techniques. Recovered from miniscus surgery in under 3 months. Special thanks to Brittany, Raghad and Monica for their expertise and caring nature in helping me recover so quickly, it was a pleasure working with you all. I came in with major concussion symptoms after a fall at work. All of the staff and team working with me was very friendly and full of knowledge to get me back to my normal activites. I would strongly recommend ultum Mississauga as your first choice for recovery treatment.

Super helpful and friendly employees that shape a recovery plan for injured people. Best physiotherapy place I have seen in the gta. Has all the amenities, workouts, acupuncture, meal planning, help with sleep, meditation, and most of all education on your injury is more than I ever expected.

I am very disappointed with my physiotherapist. I came here after a car accident and everything was going well until I hired a legal team to take care of the paperwork and my insurance. My physiotherapist was not completing the claim forms and was not communicating with my legal team. She started lecturing me about other unrelated issues and talking about fraud and commenting on my legal team. She dismissed my medical doctors diagnosis and did not attempt to work on the recommendation. I asked her many times in the almost 2 months to provide me with back support and pillows and nothing was done. This caused me so much anxiety as every appointment she was trying to "help me" by advising me although she does not have legal qualifications. Its a shame because i really liked the facility; it was clean and the other staff are friendly and provide good service.

I would like to take the opportunity to Thank all the staffs at Atlum Health who help me through that frightening Path. Wellness is very important and if you haven't got the right tools and supported all hope is lost. When i walk in the facility i had idea what was going to happen but with help of this great group of people. Heather, Raggad, Adam and i just want to say Thanks to all of you. And lost but not Least to the front desk staffs as well.
