Kirk-in December of 2022 I was arrested and charged with a DWI in Barrie. I was there training for a new job. I called AM Legal services and spoke with Mark. Nightmare legal services to deal with. Avoid at all costs. Very convincing until they get your money then negligent. Yaroslav Obouhov should be debarred and Mark the manager should go to anger management. Took 3800 of my money then fired me as I called my lawyer out on lying he didn’t have disclosure for 8 months when the Crown confirmed it was sent and he just didn’t look at it. Asked for summary of what’s been done on my case and was hung up on. Asked for my next court date and was not provided that info. These guys are scammers. My lawyer did not initiate a call to me once in 10 months for any updates. I would call and text and not hear back for weeks. Embarrassing service. 5 star reviews are contrived and written by people they know.

I'm very disappointed in with this firm. I had hired them in the past and they were amazing. I had a very unpleasant experience with Mark not sure of his title with the firm at this point, but not impressed after being disrespected and patronizing attitude towards me.

I contacted you requesting your service again for the 3rd time as I have used your services in the past, but I didn't know there was a time line to hire someone, it was in the course of hours which I also mentioned to you that I didn't have my cellphone on me, which apparently you kept on calling as I had 2 missed calls from you and Right away you whish me good luck contracting another firm, with the condescending tone of voice.

If you like proof of my name which I may add you have it all wrong. I will greatly attach proof of the email and texts messages. Take ownership of how you conduct yourself, if I'm writing a review it's because how rude you were and I was very disappointed on how you spoke to me, like I said and repeat your firm has done amazing work for me in the past. But when away on vacation Mark and can't pickup calls, how about referring me to call someone else who can help me instead of talking to me the way you did!

Highly recommend this team. Mark was very honest and straight forward with me. He insisted he has the best people working the case and got my stunt driving ticket dropped. This firm is fake and have no reputation. They have a very high rate of getting there hands off from the service at the very last moment. I would high recommend not to take service from this firm at all and in any form.
There are better para legals then the AM Legal Service. Before the trial, the paralegal was firm that i will be convicted. The paralegal has no knowledge and is extremely rude.
They are nice till you pay them. Once the payment is made, they are least interested in your case.
They have pathetic professional attitude and has no courteousness in their speech. Both the Manager and the Paralegal.

I hired AM legal services for a serious stunt driving ticket and a failed to surrender permit.
Today I got word from the office manager that failed to Surrender permit Was withdrawn and the stun driving Where I was facing a one year license suspension and a minimum $2000 fine up to $10,000 was amended only a DISOBEY SIGN!

My son had a careless driving charge in 2021 and a cell phone ticket this year. As he's a G2 driver he would have been suspended for each charge. My name is Tom, I am from Hamilton Ontario. I recently received a hand held device (Texting and Driving) charge and decided to go to trial. Got a speeding ticket while picking up dinner! Not pleasant. Officer was very thorough in explaining how much I was over the limit and how my license indicated that I needed glasses but that I wasn't wearing any (or contacts). Told him I had laser eye surgery and he responded by saying that I need to go back and have that indicated on license. HE SEEMED to enjoy his job a little too much and I wasn't having any of it! Contacted another EX-OFFICER legal firm first but the lady I spoke to told me it was 50/50 chance of winning and that simply wasn't good enough for me hence I gave AM Legal Services a try after speaking to them. I was driving with a skid of sod in the back of my truck ignorant to the by-laws that limit my weight and appropriate covering of the load. As well I was allegedly going 30km over the speed limit (110 in a 80 km/hr) and was pulled over and ticketed for all three. Not only did AM legal get the overweight dropped, they reduced my speeding ticket to 15km over for 0 demerits and my uncovered load charge was lowered and costed 0 CVOR points. This company has helped me so much. In the last year i received 2 cell phone charges as well as 1 speeding ticket. Just in the last year AM Legal Services got all 3 of my charges dropped. I was extremely happy and content until Feb 2020 when i received a stunt driving charge with a very high speed. The prosecutor said if i went to trial not only would I receive a $2500 fine he would also ask for a 30 day license suspension because of my high rate of speed on the hwy. I was stopped by an officer back in May and was charged with stunt driving and speeding in a posted 50km/h CONSTRUCTION zone. (Not a good combination). This was my first offence as I am a young guy, I was pretty terrified knowing that I could be facing minimum 2000$ fine, jail time, and licence suspension for 2 years.
