AM Roofing Certified Roofing Contractors

AM group helped me with a minor roof repair. Zach came out for an assessment within a day. They came up with a good cost effective plan, and Rob's crew came out and did a very good professional job getting my roof patched up. I'll surely use them again for any future projects.

I'm getting major renoz on my old heritage house and I've had lots of guys working on my place inside and out. From the moment AM showed up to install my new roof I knew I had made the right decision in choosing them. They were above the rest. Pros. Rob the manager was attentive and Zach was incredible at setting it all up with my Insurance company. Great guys, fast, friendly, and paid attention to detail. I felt relaxed and that they knew what they were doing. They gave more than they promised. I would definitely recommend them.

They gave a call 3 days prior to showing up. They did my roof and siding. They did great work and cleaned up everything. I would use them again forsure.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. Do not sign a contract with them. I thought I looked it over carefully but apparently they checked off “reuse flashing” on the contract. This was never discussed with us and 3 paralegals did not notice it over the course of months until AM Roofing pointed it out. Two years after the roof was installed we had a leak in the roof which led to a bowing of the roof (OSB board, not plywood) in a roof that had never leaked before. When I called them to inform them of the leak they did not respond as quickly as I would have liked and when they did they were antagonistic, rude, aggressive and unhelpful. All they would do is a temporary fix by caulking around the area. Basically the message was it’s your problem. After having another roofer plus a home inspector look at our roof we learned that it was 100% not the chimney (that was their claim to wash their hands of it) and that the flashing was installed improperly, which led to the roof leaking, which led to our roof bowing as OSB board will swell when it gets wet. The inspector told us if the chimney was leaking he would see rust when he looked up from the fireplace and there was none. Interestingly, after the caulking was done, the roof appeared to stop leaking. We have been told that the caulking is no longer doing it’s job so we are now in the process of finding someone to redo the flashing and bring this nightmare to an end.

I am also disappointed that it came to this however in October/November 2021 I tried over and over again to deal with this matter privately. When it became obvious that I was getting nowhere I hired a paralegal to represent me. Had you been willing to come to a reasonable solution it would have remained private. There are absolutely no false accusations in my review. Your response contains misleading statements. After the recent (and only) offer to which you have alluded, I chose to end my legal pursuit as the time and money required to pursue it further was no longer worth the cost. Your company would have been well served to find a solution earlier.

Fabulous Team! Friendly. Introduced themselves on arrival and got straight to work. It was clear everyone had a role. Cleaned up the site at the end of each day and did a fantastic job. Would highly recommend this team.
