Nice place to spend weekend nights with family and friends. Great foods, drinks and live music and dj and dancers.

Normally we have a great experience at Amal. However, service last night was quite bad. I understand it was a very busy evening, but considering we were a group of 7 and 20% gratuity was automatically applied to our bill, it gave us the impression that our server just didn’t care about us at all, which left a bitter taste in my mouth, especially since we were celebrating a birthday.

The food was so delicious and the drinks are up there with the best I've ever had.
It was quite loud though.
I tried the Amal Hummus, Kibbeh and the skewers platter. The pistachio kebab was insanely good!

Salads and dips was good, main dishes was very bad, slow service 1 hour for main dishes, and expensive for the quality, nice atmosphere though,

I came to this restaurant with very high exceptions, especially because it was my birthday and wanted to have a good evening with friends but turns out to be a disaster. Let’s start with the chicken shawarma. It was horrendous. Not only did it taste bad we found a piece of bone in one of them, we then called our waitress over and explained the situation and he took care of us very well UNTIL the manager JOHNNY (older looking Lebanese male) who tried asking what was the situation after I explained and asked me “have you ever had shawarma before? ” With a tone when with no DOUBT you can tell I am a middle eastern female. YES I obviously had shawarma before, who even ASK such a question. He did not handle the situation professionally, on top of saying “ yeah the kebab will be here in 12 minutes” everyone’s food came separately each 20 minutes apart. Once we received all the meals they were all sent back barely touched because 1. No flavour 2. After being approached like that who would have an appetite to eat? After a while the other General manager Charlie (younger tall Male) approached us very kindly and handled our situation very well and tried to make our evening better. OVER ALL, if you want a place to go to grab a drink and just take pictures because social media is important for you fine go for it, but definitely not worth it for the food, you’re better off eating pita land shawarma.

Food is delicious, ambiance is gorgeous and service was incredible. We were served by Nabih who was so attentive and kind. Wild gladly come back.

Took the truffle rakakat (delicious!), kibbeh (below average) and the kabab platter for 2. The kababs, all of them no exception, had barely any season. It was even missing salt! So basically no flavors at all, just cooked meat… You can get better Kabab skewers from a shish taouk shop. Way too overpriced for what it was. The place is beautiful sure, but not worth the food and how much you have to spend. The only reason i gave it two stars is because our server Andre was amazing. Would never go back again.

Well well well what can I say. The vibe and ambience of this restaurant is next level. Wifey and I celebrated our anniversary here. Very posh and the staff is very welcoming. Special shoutout to the guy who served us 'NABIH' you were amazing man

Would love to visit again for a special occasion to make it more memorable.

I'll be honest, it was just ok. It's beautiful inside but not the most comfortable feeling. Food was a bit overpriced for the portions.

The restaurant was very nice and cozy but the food was overpriced, small food portion size, and not worth it at all. If you going jus for a drink, hit this place, otherwise it is not worth the food. You can go to some other Lebanese place that has a lot better quality food and portion size. The waitress that served us took at least 30 mins to bring us water and 45 mins to bring us our drinks. We almost decided to leave the place but didn’t wanna ruin our date night. We were very disappointed with this place and would never go back!

Amal's is lovely. A week prior, the restaurant was fully booked on OpenTable; however, we contacted the restaurant directly and they were kind enough to make accommodations for our table of three. The interior of the restaurant is stunning and they have a well appointed patio with very comfortable couches. The cocktails are fabulous - the bar manager clearly put a lot of thought into the drink menu. We especially enjoyed the passion blossom, secret garden, and colour of hope. Four drinks will easily equate to $100 (with tip) but they are too good to pass on. At our table, the cocktails kept flowing which, again, speaks volumes of their skilled bar manager. We had two severs working our table. The man was a bit pushy and his sense of urgency made us feel rushed; his female counterpart was refined. We requested flat water and the male waiter took the liberty of adding bottled water to our bill. Not a big deal but a bit presumptuous. We ordered the tabouli to start. Personally I prefer when the ingredients are chopped more finely and there is more lime, but really just a minor setback. Next we shared the platter for four. The meat was very tasty and came with a garlic dip and a cilantro dip plus fries. A bit too much food for three but we made a good dent. Overall hostesses and servers were incredibly friendly and attentive. Noted the GM making tours and interacting with guests - clearly has an eye for detail. As the evening continued the lights dimmed and a DJ played music, creating a nice transition to the evening.

Decor, service, location, ambiance, 5/5. The food is really what brought this review down to a 3.5. I ordered the chicken shawarma for brunch. While ingredients, flavor were authentic yet different, it was INCREDIBLY DRY. The toum provided was delicious as were the pickles, but it couldn't cover for how dry the shawarma was as a whole. The chicken inside was very tasty and I loved the cut of it, but eating it with the wrap, was a challenge. It really dampened the date. I think if more sauce was added into the shawarma, I might come back but will try either dinner time menu or the breakfast plate from the looks of the photos on Google.

Enjoyed the atmosphere, food and service. Greg was very personable & friendly. He recommended all excellent dishes to try. Will definitely be coming back here.

Delicious food. Gregory went above and beyond to give us an amazing experience. The only place I know that serves Kona beer (Hawaii). Thank you Greg

First things first, I should point out that restaurant is extremely busy during lunch time. We had to wait at least 25-30 minutes for each single dish we ordered. Our server was very friendly, tried his best to help us out. Ambiance of the restaurant is perfect Wish we could come late afternoon to enjoy more?

Great experience at Amal. The ambience is incredible and the food was exceptional. The service was also excellent as they made some great recommendations. I had the kefta kabab skewer and it exceeded expectations. Also, I highly recommend the cappuccino.

We went to Amal’s restaurant for lunch today and the waitress was nice enough to let us choose our preferred table on the terrace. The place was beautifully decorated. The servers all looked busy and it took some time before we got the menus, cutlery and our drinks. The Truffle Rakakat was out of this world, but the Nabulsi salad was basic and didn’t came with enough vinaigrette. The cucumber cooler was refreshing and the orange water and lime aroma was a nice touch. The cooler was very small though and half of it was ice, not worth the price. The BBQ Meat Combo was also overpriced for the small potion we were served with. The pistachio kebab was moist and very well cooked, but the chicken was on the dry side. The fries on the side were delicious and the garlic sauce (toum) was the best we’ve ever tasted. Overall good experience, but slightly overpriced.
