The best insurance office I have been to, two years ago I had insurance with them on my bike and this year I got some quotes from other companies, their quotes was ridiculous and I called Micheal at this office as they helped me before, he offered me a rate that was almost 5000$ cheaper than other places, very happy with their service and would recommend everyone here.

Every person that I have ever spoken to over the years - from Jeff (who is no longer part of the team) to Armina to Francis, and finally to Justine (whom I am almost in love with - she is that helpful) have been so resourceful and professional. We recently had a very unusual claim, my wife and I took a short vacation 700 km from home. One night when we were out for a drive a metal sign flew out the back of a pick up and smashed our windshield spraying us with glass. GM had no windshields for our 2015 Cadillac CTS in Canada. We called Amanda Wilson and told her our unique situation. No windshield and no way home. The Cadillac Dealership and Cadillac Care did nothing to help us but Amanda worked tirelessly morning to night dealing with getting a company that would tow our car 700 km as well as all the other frustrating details that go along with an accident. Normally a windshield would be sent out and it wouldn’t have been as big of a problem but because of General Motors lack of interest in their customers Amanda had to do 10 times as much work as normal. I can’t say enough about how hard she worked to keep us happy, she had genuine concern for our lost holiday and the huge problem we were facing. If you are looking for an insurance agent far above the rest please don’t hesitate to call Amanda Wilson, she will treat you like part of the family.
