Professional skills with acceptable service. Don’t expected too much of attitude at this fair price and nice photos. Thank you. If you are looking for good services, please go some other expensive places. But if you are looking for very good photos, just go there.

Awful service don’t come. The writing on back smudged and lady bluntly ignored me when I came back. No refund or reprints. Don’t come here. Worst experience of getting a passport photo. Photo wasn’t even that nice either. Background was too dark

Seeing the negative reviews for this shop makes me cringe. I gave it a chance eventually.

First of all, let me comment on the attitude of the photographer. She is not worst as what the reviews said. Compared with other studios I've ever been, I feel that she is more professional. She actively adjusted my sitting posture and head position to meet the official requirements.

Furthermore, the price list is already posted on the door openly. I took 2 passport photos and it costed only Cad 18, not Cad 50 as some reviews said.

The cashier’s or perhaps the owner’s bad attitude turned me away. Price is such a rip off. Highly recommend to go first Markham place or woodside square.

Poor character, poor technique, and the size of the photos is wrong every time. This kind of store should have closed down a long time ago, and you often tell lies.

Doesn't provide a back side of the digit photo and only provides the front side, which is useless for an online PR application. The front side costs $20.

*Just found another place for PR/passport photos, only $20 included tax, 4 photos, with stamps and digital file, & only couple mins wait for photo to be printed and done!

Very expensive for passport photo. Charging 30$ for adult and up to 50$ for infant (with tax), which is double price comparing to other stores. I see quite a lot of people waiting for passport photo and I thought it's cheap. But I turned away after asking the price. The price is not shown anywhere and you have to ask for it. The price is not transparent at all.

I will never come back again with such a bad customer service. The photographer has no patient at all. She kept rushing us with a very bad attitude.

I bought my son to this studio four years ago for his first passport, {he need special care and extra patience. } Staff were so friendly and professional. Now, it was time for him to renew a new one. Brought him back to visit the same place, met with the same staff, my son felt so comfortable and clam. I swear that is the only place I will go ever with my son. Wish the business and staff all the best! Keep us your good work!

Always supportive of local business but I'm not going to bother with this store anymore. Yes - i only visit them when i need to get a passport (once in a blue moon) but you dont need to be rude about it. So I called in to inquire about getting my pictures taken, and the lady was very sour in answering my questions. When I asked if it was same day, her answer was you gotta wait. (rude tone). I will just go somewhere else.
