WARNING. BAIT AND SWITCH TACTIC USED. So I got a quote on a particular product on October 30. On November 3 I returned to purchase the product that was quoted. They told me that I didn't know wood and didn't know what product I really needed and tried to sell me several different options. When I insisted on purchasing the product I was quoted, they told me that the price has increased 15%. Really. It was only 4 days since I got the quote. I've been dealing with wood flooring since 1989 and white oak and red oak are different products. BUYER BEWARE OF BAIT AND SWITCH TACTIC.

My contractor recommended us to Amazon Hardwood to buy the Hardwood. We met Asian sales Bill. He was very nice and experienced. As well, he gave us professional suggestions on how to choose the right stuff according to our need after asking us some questions. Nice store! Good price!

Bill is very qualified knowledge about hardwood flooring and laminate. He always recommends when we are hesitant to choose which one to pick. Moreover, he is professional and an expert with his work. Also, the crew members are too nice and is very kind.

As a contractor I purchase laminate and hardwood from many places.
Since my customer had a specific color in her mind, I managed to find it in Amazon Hardwood Centre.
In general my experience was good. My sales gentleman was Bill. He was helpful and patient to work with me finding what I was looking for. After purchase, went back in later (15min later) to change something on my order and again he was polite, understanding, and accommodating.
The stuff was delivered on time to my job site as well.
Great place with good selection and reasonable prices.

Amazon Hardwood has a wide variety of flooring. The price is great. I had our main and second floor done lately. The sales person, Bill was very helpful and professional, and as well provided an great customer service. He arranged the installation for us. The installer was professional and efficient. The job was wonderful. We strongly recommend this store.

It was the first time we visited this place and had the worse experience ever in any retail store possible. The guy Bill was very rude and impatient, carrying a snobby and condescending attitude. He was reluctant in responding to inquiries and customer service was almost non-existent. We don't recommend this flooring store to anyone (price is not great in this store either), and definitely we will not purchase anything from this store ever!

After visiting many flooring stores, we were happy to find the lowest prices and the flooring we were searching for at Amazon Harwood Center in Brampton. The prices were fantastic and the customer service was phenomenal. Thank you Janette for your dedication and wonderful attitude.

Amazon has a great selection to choose from, with awesome prices. We had the pleasure of dealing with Tom in Stoney Creek. Love my floors, great experience, wouldn’t hesitate to send people their way.

We purchased some hardwood flooring late Dec last year from a division of Amazon Flooring located in Stoney Creek Ontario

From the time we entered the business until we received our hardwood we were treated first class by our sales representative Tom. He certainly knew the true meaning of customer first as he treated us first class.

Our flooring is now installed and it looks amazing. Many thanks again to Tom for knowing what was best for us plus his strong product knowledge.

Very dishonest business. The Chinese guy who calls himself "Bill" sold me 22 packages of laminate and explicitly told me they are German made but in fact when delivered they were poor quality Chinese made ones with the phrase "made with German technology! ".

This Bill guy told me I can return the boxes if they are not opened. Today I returned 3 boxes but he refused to take them citing they are discontinued. I told him if these laminates are discontinued why you still put them on display in your showroom and he just changes the subject. I trusted his words but now I'm left with 3 boxes of laminate that can't use anywhere. Avoid this place. They are liars and very very dishonest.

You could get excellent prices and quality hardwood or laminate from other businesses in the same area.

WORST customer service EVER. The salesperson Bill pushed us to put in the deposit. And when we ask for a lower price of a product he rebuked us reasoning being too greedy.

Brought 1800 sq/st of hardwood from this place. Terrible quality, not stain properly on a lot of the hardwood edges. Went back to talk to the Asian rep (bill), he straight up told me it's my fault for buying cheap wood. What a joke.

Walked into the store to buy 2600 SQFT of hardwood, the guy was busy on the phone with a friend instead of acknowledge me and say a simple Hello. I have decided to leave the store 3 minutes later. Will not recommend this location.

Very poor customer service, and their prices aren't better than the other flooring stores in that area. The worst was the Asian salesperson who wouldn't even be bothered to help us pick out the selection for our flooring or even answer basic questions. Felt like we were trying to earn his commission for him.

DO NOT GO! They have horrible customer service. The Asian guy, Bill, didn’t even bother approaching us. Yelled at us from his desk to serve us. On top when we asked for a quote (providing him with all dimensions) he said quote is not accurate. I asked him if I could schedule a time for him to do a consultation for a more “accurate” quote. He goes “why? I have my computer right here to do a quote”. He could have just easily said I don’t want your business.

I didn’t even bother looking at their selections and had to walk out of the place.

The salesmen Mohammed steered me towards the Amazon house brand hardwood which is supposed to be "made in Canada" but instead is clearly cheap Chinese wood that is "packaged in Canada. " My installer has 30 years of experience and his other jobs have been immaculate. While he was installing the floor he made a comment about how soft it felt, like it was going to break. The wood scratches incredibly easily and after six months the wood is starting to split and has chips everywhere. Five thousand later in product and 1600 for install, I'm really surprised that the salesmen steered me towards this cheap product, clearly he had a higher margin plan in mind instead of helping me make a solid decision. Please do not trust this salesmen or company in the future. Do yourself a favour and go to a big box brand.

Great selection and amazing prices. We went to many hardwood stores in markham, these guys had the most selection of Canadian hardwood and their prices were very good. We got installation by their recommended contractors and that was also a great experience.

This company messed up our order and shipped two very identical types of tiles when we only ordered one. The only difference between the two is that one is glossy however the color and wood is the same. The issue is that our contractor's had already installed the tiles as it is very hard to tell the difference and when calling the company manager they said that they had 0% responsibility even though the problem to begin with is that the company itself had sent the WRONG orders. Although we only ordered one type of wood they had sent 2 similar types and we only noticed after it had been installed. The manager came and checked and denied any responsibility although the business had delivered the wrong materials from the beginning. No compensation had been offered what so ever and we are planning to file a lawsuit.

Do not associate yourself with this company with bad attitude, rude manners, and unfriendly workers who will not help and solve their own problems and issues that the company itself had caused.

Bad Experience. Stay away and look for better company
We did our hardwood couple of weeks ago (We got it from Markham location). Workmanship was poor. There were a lot of small scratches but worst of all big scratches (few 6" long) on the hardwood. The contractor even tried to accused us of causing the scratches. There were 6 obvious nail holes and several cracks on my staircase, there were gaps between balusters and steps on the oak stairs too. The contractor offered us a discount of $37 to accept those big scratches which we refused. We have to purchased an extra box of hardwood to replaced the big and obvious scratches caused by them and got yelled at. The contractor also pushed the hardwood dust into our vent! We have a hard time cleaning the vents after they left! Called Amazon several times, refused to accept responsibility saying they have never ever received any complaints.
