This entire compnay is the worst, noone wants to help you all employees are rude and ignorant and hang up the phones noone really even speaks proper english worst possible customer service i have ever delt with in my life i wouldnt even give it 1 star i would avoid ever having to call then they will not help you in any way

I called customer service for the one of the product return and my money return the sub. Customer Service is fully supportable and I’m fine I’m happy.

Their human resources must spend 12 hours a day in the airports getting their customer service right off the planes from India and China. Then they confirm that they don't speak a word of English and say you're hired.

Dishonest, unorganized, uneducated, unsupervised! It is time for me to shop with others after being Prime with Amazon for long long long time.

I requested for complaint department contact, they refused. I requested for their higher level Supervisor or Manager, they refused. I requested for Appealing department contact, they refused. I requested for their employee #, they refused.

First Amazon lady said will send some one to pick up my previous order Mattress within 3 days. I ordered another one. I got the new Mattress and the amazon pick up person did not show up.

I called back Another Amazon Lady said they could not longer accept the return for my previous order Mattress. I asked for why, I would like to appeal to their higher level department, she just hanged up on me. I called again, 1st Amazon Man said I could not return the old order Mattress and will send some one to pick up the new Mattress within 3 days, Now another week past, No one should up.

Today I called back again, the 3rd Amazon lady said They could not send anyone to pick up the mattress, I need to drop off to UPS or Canada post.

*Read Entirely* I’ve worked with the Subcontractor Company “FastTrack. ” Absolutely the worst courier company to work for (Employee Treatment/Dispatchers). I first started Nov 2020, over 1 year experience. Before it was well, we were allowed to come back to the warehouse by 8: 30-9pm (before Nov 2021). It was nice drivers were making $171-178 with a maximum 150 stops, AND was not rushed at all, the time to come back to the warehouse was 8: 30pm so we can take our time, take a legitimate 30 minute break and continue (Start time 10: 30am-8: 30pm). Now however, it’s the total opposite and it’s getting out of control as business/money/contract packages is more important to these contractors than employee relationships. Myself and multiple drivers are getting 170-190 stops EVEN AFTER CHRISTMAS. It’s insane! It’s not possible for an average person to do. We are forced/pressured by dispatchers (Tariq), to finish early as they want to go home early. Now they changed our rates to 9 hours flat $171… even worse, they paid us $190 for 10 hrs only for a couple weeks for Christmas… I honestly don’t know what’s going on in their minds, it should be investigated 100%! There is mainly international students who suffer this job because they have too while they complain daily to Tariq & Dispatchers. The sad thing is none of them have rights (awaiting PR etc) to talk about it. I honestly don’t care if I get fired from this review BUT THINGS HAVE TO CHANGE. It’s taking a huge tole on our bodies because of the 170-190 stops / 300 stops and non-stop work to finish on time. It’s a struggle. Beyond disgusting. Further Tariq and dispatchers tell us excuses for the number of stops, “oh that’s not under our control” “it’s AmazonUSA control” “We discuss with other dispatchers” …. That is all a lie to employees like me and others slaving hard to benefit their pockets. This contractor business is beyond a pain staking business unless done right with employee morale. Definitely I won’t recommend ppl working for a delivery company like FastTrack and various other ones because it has affected my mental health, body and more. Save yourself all this burden, DONT work with Amazon Deliveries.

I worked with Sybil’s Group at the Amazon distribution Center for 1 day.

The day was supposed to be an 8 hour day, but due to unforeseen circumstances; it ended up becoming a 13 hour day from 7am to 9pm on the job.

I couldn’t get away from work, even though I was supposed to be home for my kids.

After that, I decided I didn’t want the job.

They made me stay in the van for 13 hours that day, and paid me 0$.

They are garbage.

Amazon is getting very crafty with misleading sales locations. I have ordered several times thinking that items sold and shipped by Amazon.ca would come from Canada and this in not the case.

For flex, it's a horrible experience as you always waiting over an hour to get your packages to deliver. Just seems they are unorganized as far as how to get people in an out quickly to deliver packages on time.

Parking and road from main street is so bad. Not enough space for 2 way traffic plus pedestrians nowhere to walk. No walkway! Very dangeruos espwcially for those who walks night

They are really biased on posting genuine review. They block any reviews showing their incompetency. Also if any buyers have trouble getting the product for being fake or delay in delivery. Amazon wont allow you to post such issue in the review. People should know these stuff when they buy from amazon.

Hello. I purchased a camera 2400$. Amazon remove my credit card and close my account and asked for statement two times I have send my statement for credit card. The sales time only 18 hours left but i did not get response from amazon.
