My instructor was Nauman. He is very knowledgeable, punctuate, observant.
He knows what I needed to fix and my bad habit by observations and always gave proper advice for a driving test and my safe driving. He also has helpful lesson material to help your understanding. His lesson definitely made me pass the test. This lesson is not only making you pass the test but also increasing your confidence in driving.

I had an excelente result with WAQQAS AHMAD. He was very attentive and corrected all my misstakes while driving, both on the street and the highway. I passed the test very easily, after flunking It twice before preparing with him. I highly recommend him. Ask for him when taking your lessons. You Will not regreso It

Amazing Instructor, Faheem was super engaged and passionate and brought life to every session. This made the four day class much more fun and also very down to earth info from an experienced driver.

I would highly recommend taking the Basic Driver's Ed course from AMB Driving School. The online coursework that I did provided a solid theoretical foundation that helped me bridge my previous driving experience from another country to the Canadian context. Having this learning certified and recognized by the MTO is something that will be of great benefit down the line.

In-car lessons that I had with my driving instructor Iqbal were very informative and practical in nature, giving real-world application to what I learned in the modules. Iqbal is very knowledgeable and professional in his teaching approach, providing excellent instruction and consistent feedback during the lessons, helping correct bad or improper driving behaviours on the spot. This provides the necessary positive or negative reinforcement to strengthen good driving techniques and behaviours.

I've had a pretty rotten experience at other schools but this place was the first to take me seriously and help me get on the road within 10 lessons. My instructor Nadeem was patient, kind, and considerate of my needs and constructive with his feedback. I will definitely reach out to him again for more lessons in the future.

I had an amazing experience with my driving instructor, Hossein! He's an absolute gem in the world of driving education. I had a fantastic experience with my instructor, Mirza. He was extremely patient, clear with his instructions and techniques, and was always on time, accommodating my work schedule to have classes in the evening. In each class, I found him to be on time, pleasant, patient, knowledgeable, and well-organized. Driving abilities are steadily and firmly developed for the G test and reinforced in each of his sessions.

I did not know what to expect as a person prior to first meeting My driving instructor Mohammed S. Ahmed, because I had never driven in my life. When I first met Mohammed, I was terrified to drive. He was very patient and honest with me the whole experience. Mohammed is someone that wants to see you succeed, so if you feel that he is being hard on you, it is because he cares. I had to take more than 10 hours of lessons but eventually I got to where I needed to be. Mohammed is very knowledgeable and safe on the road. Take as many notes as you can after driving with him because he can take you to that next level of driving. When I eventually took my G2 driving test, Mohammed took me to the driving centre, handed me his keys, and in the end I passed my G2 driving test on my first try. Driving takes confidence and I will still need lots of practice but I will never forget the lessons that he taught me. Hopefully, I will get the opportunity to practice driving with him again for my G test.

I was very happy with my instructor Natol. He was very professional and also very personable so the lessons were very comfortable. He thought me numerous great tips which meant I passed my test at the first attempt.

This was my first time driving and I had an wonderful experience learning driving under the guidance of Mr. Zaidi, who was my instructor. I just had 3 classes with Zaidi and I was able to drive confidently and pass my G2 test

My overall experience has been great! The driving instructor Nadeem was the best teacher I have gotten. He provides great advice and ensures you know what you are weak at. He pushes you a little to be as flawless as possible but it’s the reason I was able to pass my g on the first attempt.

I got the package that included in person classes and driving lessons. The classes were fine but getting driving lessons was basically impossible. I was assigned to 3 different driving instructors and I only got 2 hours worth of lessons. All of these instructors end up quitting the school so it was a waiting game trying to find another instructor. When an instructor quit, there was barely any follow up from the school. I called the school multiple times from September 2021 to present as I did not have a driving instructor.

I wasn't aware that this program has to be finished within a certain period of time & because of COVID, I couldn't finish it (no one told me about the time frame). Also, I would have to pay $100 to finish the package. It wasn't even my fault that I couldn't finish it because I couldn't get a driving instructor that would stay at that school. Find another driving school.

Update 1: I emailed them about the situation, fee was waived and finally got an driving instructor but I will see how the lessons are.

Update 2: I was very unlucky with the first driver that taught me but the others are good driving instructiors

Very friendly staff at AMB. Coming from "left-side driving-country" they gave me Instructor Nadeem who quickly understood the transition ahead of me. He swiftly and quickly taught me all the essential deferences and after a total of 6 hours on the road. I PASSED!

I signed up without knowing a thing about driving and now I feel confident in myself to take on the roads of Canada. My instructor Aleem Usmani did a great job of teaching me the foundations of driving and was honestly a really nice guy devoted to his craft. All I can say is that Amb surpassed my expectations and is surely the driving school to choose

Very good experience. My in class instructor Peter Mellor was very helpful and made the learning experience very enjoyable.

My in car instructor Wali was fantastic as well. He was very kind and encouraging and that made me feel comfortable in the car. He also taught me many skills and I very much enjoyed my time in the in car lessons.

Such an amazing experience with Nadeem. He was calm, patient and very knowledgeable. Would recommend AMB driving school, especially Nadeem as an instructor. Will definitely be referring him to my friends and family.

I had a very good experience with AMB Driving School. The in class lessons were able to be done online over Zoom which is really helpful and convenient. The in-person lessons were excellent. My driving instructor was Waqqas Ahmad and he is a great teacher who teaches very well for beginner drivers with only a little experience. He prepared me really well for the test and helped me with the parts I struggled with until I was completely confident. Thanks to him, I was able to pass the G2 test on the first try. I will contact AMB and ask for him again in a year when I do the G license. Overall great school and instructor, would recommend to everyone.

My first day at AMB driving my instructor, Anish Sharma. He had so much confidence in my driving even though it was my first day. He's really nice, kind and such a saint. He gave me so many life advice and I tend to learn more from him and his teaching skills. Over the time i spent driving with him we got a long pretty fast, I realized that he isn't just a driving instructor but also a caring father who looks out for his and other kids he cares about. He'd always offer to go get food or drinks if needed. I can't speak for everyone who's had him as their driving instructor but me personally Anish Sharma was the best instructor i could ever ask for.

Just passed my G2 with the help of my teacher, Ahmed Waqqas.

He's professional, patient, knowledgeable, supportive and very flexible with scheduling.

He gave me tools, techniques that help me to pass G2 on my 1st attempt.

I want to file a complaint against Naseer Ahmed Malik from AMB Driving school. I never saw this guy before, because i was assigned with another instructor from AMB driving school as well, but he suddenly disappeared, so Naseer taught me for an hour and a half before the driving test.
He was very rude, even tho he was like "you won't pass the exam and you can't do it". He was putting me down even tho i was so good. He was even teaching me the parallel parking wrong and was like "your first instructor taught you wrong", and he thinks
he's better then all the instructors even tho he's the
worst.
He told me to change the lane, i said it's not safe because there is another car very close in next lane, he suddenly got mad at me and yelled at me to change the lane!
He also asked me to stop in the mosque to use the washroom; i was waiting for him for 15 minutes!

I did the exam and i passed for the first time and
when i told him he was like "no i can't believe, you are lucky because you are beautiful that's why you passed"! I know myself very well and i know that i work so hard to pass the test!
I don't want him to do the same thing for other
students. He even made me cry.
This is the the worst experience in my life, and he is
the worst instructor in the world.
There's also another thing; he didn't even drop me off
at my house, he said "there is another student waiting
for me" And left me in the drive test centre.

My instructor Mohammed Sogir Ahmed is an excellent driving instructor, he is very friendly, patient, outgoing and provided excellent service throughout the course. He provided me a lot of driving tips that will help me strive to become an excellent driver on the road. I would definitely recommend AMB driving school to anyone interested in taking driving school and specifically recommend Mohammed Sogir Ahmed as their instructor.

I praise the AMB Driving School for excellent training and support in the Institution for GTA license.
Mr. Ejaz is very highly recommended to knowledge and tuition management and Ontario laid laws and procedures.

I wanted to take the certification course on AMB driving school. The e-learning program sucks. Would be great if they can spend a little more money and have a legit website with proper course material with the user in mind. It asks for security question just to log in [Not 'cause you forgot credentials] and says everything is wrong no matter what and blocks you from accessing the content. No one seems to respond from support. Site says 11 hours, the doc they ask you to sign says 10 hours. No response when questioned about that. Requested a refund. I hope to get refunded asap, so I can pursue to learn driving elsewhere.

I took lessons from Mr. Ahmad Waqqas for 6 days and I was able to pass my G2 test very easily. He is very patient with his students and prepares you not only for the test but to drive responsibly in the future.

Nadeem was a great instructor. Very thorough and navigated me through just about every challenge the roads can throw at you. Plus he's always early when he arrives at your location. I passed my G2 thanks to his great instruction.

I signed up for the in class and 10 hour in car package. Both the class instructor and driving instructor Jack Wang were great.
The class instructor focused on safe driving and made the class interesting and fun.
I started lessons as a brand new driver but felt confident with Jack since he is a very experienced instructor and has good focus on driving safely. His instructions were very clear and easy to follow and each lesson I felt like I learnt a lot.
I also had good experience with AMB since scheduling, in class lessons and car lessons were all organized clearly.

WAQQAS AHMAD. I was taking lessons for my G2 test and I passed first try. He taught me everything that would be covered on the test and taught me how to drive safe and effectively. He knows tips and techniques on how to make driving easier and is very friendly and nice. I really recommended him.

My lessons with Jack Wang were very helpful, he is very good at noticing all the small mistakes that could come back to bite you on your G2 test. Thanks to his lessons I passed my G2 road test first try.

I signed up for the g1 exit road test course package with AMB Broadview location and was assigned Nadeem as my instructor. Nadeem was excellent as he quickly assessed my driving skills and identified where I needed the most practice especially as driving in North America was new for me. He rely gave me great tips to help me become a smarter more confident driver and because of this, I felt ready and comfortable on the day of my test. He worked with my schedule and was very flexible in scheduling my driving classes and ensured that I got the most value out of my classes. I highly highly recommend Nadeem and can almost guarantee you will pass your test on the first attempt like I did after his coaching and instructions.

He taught me how to not only pass the G2 test but also how to be a safe defensive driver, allowing me to pass my G2 test on the first go! Important to note is that I previously had awful driving school experiences which put me off driving for 3 years. I was so sure I was just a bad driver but with Nauman, I quickly understood I wasn't the problem. He was clear and concise in his driving methods. When I made mistakes, he remained professional. He helped me understand what a true teacher should be like! I highly recommend him to anyone who may be nervous and in need of a confidence boost.

My instructor, Nadeem, prepared me perfectly for my G road test. He was calm, created a safe learning environment, and explained concepts clearly. He was also flexible with scheduling lessons which was important for my work schedule. Highly recommend him, especially if you are feeling anxious about the test or driving in general.

I have Jack as my instructor and my experience with him has been really good so far. He notices all of my mistakes and quickly corrects them so I can not only pass my G2 test but also be a good driver all around. He gives me lots of good tips when I’m driving and thanks to him I feel a lot more confident when driving and would definitely recommend him.

With only two driving lessons from Mr. Waqqas Ahmad I was able to get G1 to FULL G license today. Mr. Waqqas Ahmad provided me with key points to focus on and also what to avoid. I passed my g2 road test first attempt!

Sogir Ahmed was my driving instructor, he was very patient and understanding, making sure I understood and was able to do well in every aspect of driving. Very funny and nice guy, which made driving less nerve-wracking! I learnt so much from Sogir and I feel much more confident in driving and parallel parking especially. Sogir is a very good driving instructor 100% recommend if you want to pass, he makes sure to help you with any weaknesses in driving to ensure you'll pass!

Instructor waqqas Ahmad is a nice and very helpful person, he can quickly absorb driving skill of his student then he can advice how many class and what kind of class are required for the test and he know how to make pass to his student. I took ten lessons with Faheem, and he is very patient and relaxed. This was the second time I was taking a driving lesson and giving the test so, I was a bit nervous, but his positive attitude and willingness to teach helped me improve. Lessons were very comfortable and even though they were just ten I felt like I was able to review all aspects of driving safely in a short time. All the sessions were well planned and we knew what we had to accomplish at the end of each lesson. I highly recommend Faheem, AMB driving. Of course, forgot the best part - I passed the test! My experience with AMB was an extremely positive one! The in-class lessons were engaging and informative and the in-car lessons were just as good and helpful thanks to my instructor Nadeem. Can not get in-car driving lessons to save my life. It's been months of my instructor pushing it off. My instructor Faheem Malik is very unprofessional and never gets back to me with times. He has only offered me one timeslot in three months that was outside my availability despite me telling him my availability several times.

My instructor, Jack, was very helpful and definitely gave me a ton of pointers about defensive driving! I feel a lot more capable on the road now

I did my driving school through AMB years ago I would say about 11 or 12 years ago. I learned through Peter Mellor (Canada’s worst driver host)
The pricing was great for all the hours I learned in class and on road, I think I paid like $360.00 or something. I think back then 20 hours of in class learning was mandatory and had to be completed before you were allowed to even step foot in the learning car for your 20 hours on road (I don’t know how it is now but.) I took a lot of tips and learned different emergency defence driving techniques for in snow and on ice. Since the very beginning of when I first stepped foot in a driver seat until now all these years I still remember my experience. It was also a fun and exciting one as well in class and on the road. When I did my road hours we didn’t pick up any other student to practice driving absolutely no carpooling, it was always one on one on the road, no distractions from other students in the car either. I don’t know how it is now but back then that didn’t happen.
I would also like to say if anyone is looking to compare prices and are thinking just because another driving school like young drivers of Canada has a good name (and are really reliable and amazing) and cost way more doesn’t mean it’s any better or if not the same as any smaller driving school that costs less. AMB was amazing, cost efficient and professional. I would definitely reccomend AMB based on my personal learning experience.

When I signed up for the classroom training, my friends had a hearty laugh. They warned me that I would be bored by the training. However, I was pleasantly surprised when I attended Fahim's training. It was the perfect example of 'edutainment'.  After completing the sessions, I was convinced that I took the right decision of signing up with AMB for this course as I had developed a strong foundation for driving in Canada.  

Saleem was my in car trainer. He helped me identify and then improve my weak areas. I must admit that he was extremely patient with me as I had to un-learn and re-learn my driving. Because of my work schedule, he even agreed to conduct the training sessions after 7pm. I wouldn't have been able to earn my G2 License without his help. I would highly recommend Saleem.

I had in class lessons with Bob and he is one of the best teachers/instructors I've ever had. All the lessons were not even boring as I'd expected. I'm having in car lessons with him at the moment and he's super patient and funny and he makes driving really comfortable and much less stressful for me. Highly recommended Mr. Bob Karmaker! Also Naumaan the manager was very nice and comfortable to talk to. Many thanks to AMB!

Great experience with Nadeem as instructor, he is a nice person, patient and a great communicator. He makes you feel confident before the driving test. Highly recommended.

Beware. I bought the Mini Package for G2 Exit (3 in car lessons + road test) and my instructor was horrible! Mr. Naseer Malik was rude, crusty and just a terrible instructor. He yelled at me before we even started the 1st class because he asked something and I couldn't understand his accent. He was on his cell a lot (watching videos or on calls) and he would make rude comments. Just one example is when he said "you make me mad, you are not good enough" to which I responded "that's why I am taking lessons - to get better" at which he replied "I can make you better with a little makeup. (pause). Just joking. " Awful I couldn't make this stuff up! He treated another student similarly (I had to sit in the backseat and felt sorry for the lady at the wheel). The 3rd lesson was right before the test and that was a huge mistake, he was his usual crusty self and the pep talk was: you are not going to pass but call me to get more lessons. He also asked me to stop somewhere as he needed the bathroom, waited for him for what felt like 20 minutes until he finally came back chewing on something. This resulted in me being a few minutes late for the test. He said it was my fault because I was driving slow. (Argh!) Don't make my mistake, request an instructor that likes his/her job and PEOPLE, someone who will do his/her best to make students successful.

So today I completed my 12 hour driving course with Fatah. For someone that has never driven (go karts don't count lol) on the roads nor highway and on top of that, a manual car which I absolutely wanted to learn. Fatah did a great job to allow me to feel more then confident to go right ahead and do my driving test and with what will be an automatic on top of that for the road test. Sure, I watched quite a bit of YouTube videos to understand how and at what moment you should release the clutch till you feel the biting point while pressing a little on the gas, but still, Fatah made it smoother for me to understand the mechanics. If you want to learn a manual, he will teach you well even if like me, you've never driven let alone a manual

The in-class and in-car instructors are both great. I got two in-car instructors, Mr Nadeem and Mr. Khalid. Both of them are great. I have about 11 hours of in-car sessions with Mr Nadeem. He is very experienced instructor and walks me through all the basics very patiently. You can feel the freedom and improvement as you go through. I have to switched to Mr. Khalid due to Mr. Nadeem needs to take a short leave. Mr. Khalid is just as great as Mr. Nadeem. He is extremely patient and gives me many good corrections of my driving. He makes you feel driving is very easy and comfortable. I just finished my G2 road test with Mr. Khalid and passed on first try. It is a great summer for me. I highly recommend AMB if you are looking for an easy and fun learning experience.

My boy Ejaz is the best! I thought it was boring on the first day of class but he made these 4 days fun and educative. You will learn all the stuff you learned for for G1 test but also the important tips that CERTAINLY help you pass your G2. Also you get a Tims card, IF you pass.

Going into this, I’d been told that sitting in a class and listening to a lecture would be extremely boring - which is definitely true a lot of the time for me. But, our in class instructor Ejaz managed to make hours of learning extremely entertaining with stories and throwing in jokes whenever he explained something.
The explanations were very clear and I wasn’t scared to ask any questions. Even the other students in my class were really chill and it was overall such a great environment to be in.
10/10 would do this again! Thanks Ejaz, hope to see you again!

Edit: While the in class was pretty good. The in car lessons are not as impressive. The instruction wasn’t bad, but the punctuality of my instructor was. He was 90 minutes late to my second lesson.

Ejazz really made the classroom experience very enjoyable, not only did I learn the material with ease, but I also managed to really keep myself engaged throughout the week.

Had a great experience with instructor Saqib Javed - the 4-day course went very smoothly and all instruction and assessment was stress-free: the learning environment was highly enjoyable.

We were given a Tim Hortons gift card to "leave a good review" for the company, which I found extremely distasteful, if not borderline illegal. Not to mention that almost all the reviewers here have only 1 review, isn't that suspicious? The company's driving instructor booking system was also backlogged by 3 weeks, so what's the point of taking these courses in the summer if you're not going to be driving for a month? Not only that, but the class environment was not professionally maintained, with jokes and laughing gags present (not occasionally), but almost constantly. The operations of this company is extremely questionable, and as a paying customer, I cannot give an honest recommendation of this company.

Signed up for their 4 day course as I wanted to reinforce my driving basics in preperation for my test. The class instructor was Ejaz who did a great job with delivering information and keeping the lessons light and to the point.

Picture this: it’s mid-June, I’m eligible to take my G2 at the beginning of September, I just need a bit more practice. Great! I’ll book a few driving lessons and do them over the course of 2 months, and then I’ll be good to go, right? Looks like AMB has great reviews!

WRONG.

I pay online for courses. I didn’t even get an invoice. Was starting to get worried I got completely scammed. Then a strange text message comes in: “shah driving instructor”

No company name, didn’t ask for my availability, etc. How strange. Spend a couple weeks trying to book a class with this guy, he takes days and days to respond. I have a 9-5, I say. “10: 30AM Tuesday” I get 4 days later. That’s not what I asked for mate. I start getting annoyed so I call him. He’s teaching a lesson right now, call him back in an hour. I call him back exactly an hour later. He’s still teaching for whatever reason and gets mad at me. I tell him I called exactly when he told me to. “If you can’t be patient I don’t want to teach you! ” Hangs up.

Now I need to go out of my way to call the school and get a different instructor. The next guy was ok, but it was kind of the same story - took a few weeks to get a lesson. I ended up working remotely one day because despite saying I had a day job multiple times, I kept getting offered stuff in the middle of the day. So I take a class at 11: 00 on a Tuesday. He rocks up around 12: 10 with no explanation or apology. A common trend at AMB is assuming that everyone sits around all day doing nothing.

The class was pretty meh. I’m not too sure if I learned anything. He seemed irritated every time I made a mistake. Isn’t that what taking lessons is for?

He says he will contact me about the next class. Finally, we’re getting places!

Of course not.

A few weeks later I remember that I haven’t heard back from him. I get a cut and paste response that his car was in an accident. Don’t you think you should have automatically told all your students that instead of me having to chase you down?

So I have to once again contact the school. They are omg sooooo sorry, but they have one person on sick leave and 3 on vacation and 3 in accidents and if I just want another month then they can schedule me in. It has already been 2 months. I could have gotten an MRI by now. I could have even gotten my G2 by now. An honest business owner would have told any new customers that classes are limited right now, or even better, shut down the online payments. Don’t give me your sob story, just give me a refund. 2 stars instead of 1 because it was fairly painless to get the refund. I wasted a ton of time here, but thankfully I didn’t waste too much money.

I’ve had Bob, Ejaz, and Saqib as my in-class instructors and they were all great. I thought 20 hours in class would be boring, but they made it super fun and engaging.
Can’t wait to start my in-car lessons.

My instructor Saqib was very engaging and made coming to class at 9 am bearable. I learned so much that I wouldn’t have learned on my own. Definitely recommend this driving school!

I had 4day classes with Ejaz Mughal. He made the class very fun and engaging. He is friendly, kind and attentive to students. I wish other students can keep quiet when he’s talking though. Overall the class is enjoyable.

I got the in-class session with Ejaz Mughal. He was really awesome.with good driving related stories with an awesome sense of humor. It’s a must do course. You will definitely enjoy it.
