J’ai faites une demande de carte d’identité nationale et je n’ai pas eu de réponse depuis 4 mois et le délai est de 3 mois et je me suis déplacé 3 fois à l’ambassade mais aucune réponse que dois-je faire?

Algerians are very nice people if you know how to deal with them you can get whatever you want as yoit right and more whoever you might expect very poor service and ignorance and they can apply many policies on you and you find your self in the middle of ocean

May God bless you. I noticed a positive change this time in the reception of citizens, good treatment, attention to all concerns, and facilitation of procedures.

I would say this is a much better one than the one in Montreal. At least those treat you with respect, the service was good - regardless of anything else -

Horrible customer service! I've witnessed the head of service (white haired, short man) being aggressive and not-so-pleasant towards a very polite guy who had stepped out of the waiting room to ask for service. I found it so absurd and WRONG!

I had a very positive experience with the Algerian embassy in Ottawa since I moved to Canada and I must say that their level of service exceeded my expectations every time. From the moment I reached out to them via email, their responsiveness was top-notch. They were quick to reply and provided clear and concise answers to all of my questions.
