We have been going to this jewelry store for as long as I can remember. They have a huge selection and are very helpful to find exactly what you have in your mind. Best jewelry store in the GTA.

I went to Ambika Jewellers to get my chain fixed. They were super friendly and quick. Cost was also reasonable. I would definitely recommend this place!

I went about a month ago to purchase two nose studs and I came home super happy.
They had nose hoops (which I have purchased from here before) and all kinds of studs in different shapes. I ended up buying two small studs that are internally threaded. They are gold and since I put them in my nose piercings have healed very well.
They did end up giving me two posts that are different lengths, not drastically different but the longer one tends to get caught on things more often so I might go back in to buy a shorter one.

The owner has no sense on how to talk with customers & deal with them! He expects us to buy gold as if you are there to buy grocery!

Worst seller ever. The seller is so rude and doesn’t know how to be respectful towards customers.

Do not shop here. I have been a customer for decades and these people are such scammers. You can get a better bang for your buck literally anywhere else. I brought in a 24K gold chain to sell and was looking to buy a new one. The weight of the new necklace was significantly less but I was given a horrible offer for my chain cause it was “used. ” Basically the payout and buy price for the new chain was the same despite it being half the weight. I left and went to another nearby jewelry store who instantly gave me a much better price.

I came in to buy earrings for me and my daughter. The owner was such a sweet lady, she showed me a wide selection and even gave me an option for custom earrings. The prices are very reasonable. Will definitely return!

It was my first time and my experience was excellent. They have very good collection of jewellery at reasonable price and the service is also good.

Asked for ring repair services, waited 20 minutes for the jeweler to come. He took one look and said this is not gold and refused service. I asked if he is able to determine what the metal is or if he can point to someone who can, the response was not helpful at all aside from basically telling us to leave.

Customer service is utter waste because just now I called to the jewellery and asked about the gold price but one of the representative spoke with us he don't know how to handle a customer he was very rude we don't know his name I called 2.15 pm. He shouted at me when I repeated the same about the gold price.management should teach the staff how to deal with the customers. He told me he doesn't have any problem if i put review

Yesterday I had the pleasure of meeting Jaya on my first visit to Ambika. She was warm and helpful and I felt very at home in her presence. The store has a lovely mix of both traditional and modern 22 kt gold jewellery. I had some gold to sell and felt she offered me a fair and genuine rate. I hope to return soon as I had my eye on some beautiful pieces. Wholeheartedly recommend.
