I brought in my ebike that I haven't used in 2 yrs cause it stopped working. While I was pulling out of the parking lot to go home one of the staff came out and told me that it was an easy fix and the bike is already working!

They could have just let me go and I estimated the cost to fix the bike was around $500 but it was as simple as tightening the wiring!

It is not worth the time money and worst of all you cannot talk to any human before you book your appointment to make sure they have what you looking for

I went there today cause of my flat tire.
The person on the desk helped me but when I meet the mechanic I wanted my bike to be fixed asap.
As it was urgent for me Gabe took care of me.
He is the most friendliest person & fixed my bike under 30 mins. The service of the mechanic was amazing & the staffs were very polite & gentle.
I highly recommend this store for bike service or purchasing.
Gabe is the best man.

I was impressed with the staff who were working at this location today. I picked up an e-bike which I ordered there for a pickup. The staff helped me put together the bike which was 95% assembled. Johnny and CJ in particular went above and beyond and the person who was providing sales support was professional and knowledgeable. Thank you!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Wingold location for a new bike a few days ago. The staff and the bike mechanics were amazing! They tuned my bike to perfection. Will be returning for one for my partner! Special thanks to Levi Gurza!

What an amazing experience, I was excited but nervous. Mike and I think his name was Yashar, made me feel totally at ease and all my questions and concerns were welcome. I felt secure in buying, maintaining, folding and riding my new bike! Beyond thrilled and so impressed with Amego's staff and customer service! Thanks again!

Generally, I always have a decent shopping experience at most bike shops in Toronto. But I've never had above and beyond service like I've had at Amego. My first trip to their warehouse, no sales staff - but the shipping person and bike tech set me up for a test run. Incredible. A few days later I purchase an Aventon Level 2. I bring it back for some adjustments - they throw it on the lift and provide instant fixes. My only regret for leaving this review is they're going to get too busy, and the service will suffer.

My wife and I were looking for an e-bike in a Saturday afternoon (8/27/22). We met Yashar, one of Amego Warehouse’s Sales Associates, who allowed us to try out three different e-bikes. Yashar was very helpful and friendly in assisting us for the selection. Both of us ended up selecting Pace 500 Next Generation Step-Through, White and Teal color. We love our e-bikes very much and enjoyed riding them on various bike trails in both Canada and US!

I can't say enough good things about the guys at Amego. From the moment I walked in the door Yashar was attentive, patient and extremely helpful. He made sure to ask me questions about what I needed it for and narrowed down the list of bikes for me to try. I was allowed to test all the bikes that related to my search. It was important for them that I felt comfortable with my purchase and that I was making an informed decision. I learned tons and I decided on the ET Cycle F1000. I LOVE the bike! Gautam (also part of the team at Amigo) was amazing at providing me with additional information. Overall the experience was A+ 5 stars and I'm now recommending my friends shop for an e-bike there. Because they also do repairs, they made me feel confident that if I needed servicing on the bike they could provide it. Thanks Amigo!
